  • Very informative vid, applicable advice for not just beginners but all levels to further improve planche. The leg engagement part especially, cus I remember I used to not put as much leg engagement and felt extra heavy which made the move feel impossible

  • Damn that last part hit. Been stuck in planche forever. With my height of 2m I think sometimes that’s it might not even be possible however I achieved a fl but planche is just smth else so much harder. Being tall sucks xd but I agree it’s not an excuse. That your student with 1.90m achieved it in a couple of months is really impressive

    @sbcali@sbcali14 күн бұрын
    • Check out Jack Vinati from Italy, he's also 2m and over 100kgs but he can planche, surely not 20" but he's very good at it for his size, and he can also do one arm pull ups and such

      @FilippoCardoni@FilippoCardoni14 күн бұрын
    • @@FilippoCardoni yeah saw him he is a beast. You gotta be a monster to reach that level with his body, really impressive. I can also do oapu. It‘s more the leverage stuff that is extremely hard for me. Although achieving fl gives me small hope I might can achieve planche too but you can’t compare these moves planche is so much harder

    • il fait pas uniquement pour les vues, likes etc, ici la valeur de la vidéo peut être réellement comprise (pour certaines personnes) que si tu as vu les précédentes comme celle sur l’élévation par exemple, donc ça semble logique de regarder celle ci en premier puis revenir sur la vidéo, même si oui en terme de watchtime c est pas optimal 🤷‍♂️
