  • Irrelevant fun fact. In south Korea in the 90's students would sing hey Jude as the last song in a karaoke, because it's like the longest song and even if your time is up they had to let you finish the last song. If you could start hey Jude just before the last minute it felt like you had beaten the system

Subsequently, it helps ingrain them into our memories. Please understand, I don't mean that Beatles songs are simplistic. I believe the word elegant applies here instead. To me, their music is perfection. Just enough without being too much, if that makes sense.

There are 3 rappers and 4 vocalists, and they can rap and sing really well. Sure they dont play instruments live, but they make up for that by dancing, also some of them can play instruments. They've practiced all day everyday for 10+ years. They made the dance studio mirrors go foggy from dancing and practicing so hard. They were also poor and their company almost went bankrupt. The kpop industry looked down on bts and put them through hell. Bts gives us so much content besides music. They have multiples variety shows, they posts a ton of vlogs, they have a whole storyline in some of their albums called HYYH, and they have two books based off the storyline.

Now at 73, I follow and absolutely 💯 % Love BTS. BTS spoke very little English back then. English is a hard language to learn but they are all trying very hard and have come a long way since that show. Learning English is one thing but comprehension takes some time. Language is no barrier when it comes to music. The melody, rhythm play huge part. I am now learning about Korean history and culture and the language. From that interview with BTS on that Show , I was not impressed with Stephen Colberts interview and I used to stay up until 12.30am t watch him. but unfortunately don't watch him as often now. His musician and Band leader, John Batiste is a big fan of Tae and Jimin. Please grow Stephen Colbert.
