do i need an amplifier if i want good sound with the game one/gsp350. im getting one of those but not sure which. i think ill get the gsp 350. i will use it for streaming and stuff like that. is the dolby 7.1 good or does it sound like a soup? I need some help. i really hope i dont need an amplifier cuz im poor. Btw sennheiser thx for making such good gaming headphones i love them. the design is nice. Hi. Yes, it is USB only. The cable is however detachable, so you can use it with a 3.5mm jack as well (e.g. UNP PC cable or UNP console cable). But please note that this would mean that you can only use the headset in stereo mode.

Seems great, the only complaint i've heard in reviews are that they are a but overpriced and that the mic-output is extremely low (only seems to affect a few though?) The mic quality completely destroys the competition in the vids i've seen. Im hoping these will come on sale on black friday, if it does i'll def buy a pair
Yes I did! soundwise and comfortability they're great but since the cable is removable it has started to come loose and it makes noise (like tearing a paper in half "krsshhh" So I constantly have to correct the cable and push it in (every 10-20 minutes).

It depends on your personal preference. If you want surround sound, then of course the GSP 350 would be a better choice. However if you already have a GSP 300, you can pair it with our GSX 1000 amp to get surround sound and other audio customization features: bit.ly/2kNoG1y

We cannot confirm as we have not tested it ourselves, and there are different kinds of TVs and systems.
What colour is the surround configuration? Red or white? I somehow lost the manual and dont know it anymore.

Are they compatible for ps4
Can these be used on consoles? I don't care about the surround sound and I've been looking for good cheap headsets for my consoles. I heard that this, The GSP 350, is a really good headset, but is it any good for consoles? And does the Dolby dongle allow you to still hear game audio with the surround sound off, with the headphone jack it uses.
Hi OptimusRiv, you would have to get a separate cable, and than you could plug it into the consoles. However all the "bonuses" of the GSP 350 would be gone than. I would take the 30$ more and look for an offer for the GAME ZERO or the GAME ONE, which you can currently find discounted on several websites. You get more for your money on a console there.
or you just get the gsp 300 without suround sound and be gtg.

My brother has a headset with a cable but he doesn't use it now so I connect it with another cable from another headset
Apologies for the delayed reply. Regarding your issues, it could be that the cable does not fit the headset properly since it is not meant for it. On the other hand, you can try and check your PS4 audio settings. You might have to adjust something there.

350 has 7.1 surround feature usb stick. 300 is in analog.
As Witch King mentioned, the difference is that GSP 350 is a 7.1 surround sound headset, whereas GSP 300 is a stereo headset and it comes with the PCV 05 adapter for multi-platform compatibility.

The surround dongle can only be used on PC and Mac, not console.
Why can't your clever boffins come up with an adjustable equaliser for the 301 or 302, 350's etc? So we don't have to rely on the minimal options in the dongle? Something with which we can adjust all the settings individually to suit our needs - especially ingame settings in the 7.1 mode? There are so few graphic equalisers for Windows 10 gamers or in general - so there is clearly an opportunity to develop and implement one for your headsets.

Hi. We are sorry you are experiencing issues with the microphone. It is not usual for the volume to be so low. Please test it on another PC first to see if the issue persists. If it does, then you can use the warranty to return the headset and get a new one.
