See where that gets us. The biggest dictatorships in the world anyways are in Eritrea and North Korea. There were three candidates, and many agencies were watching the elections. Naturally, the Syrians did not accept the US agencies like US Endowment for Democracy, or USAID, which everybody know that are part of the CIA and will anyway manipulate the news for the interest of the US transnationals and the US hegemony. He WON so overwhelmingly because the Syrian people united in front of the common enemy: the mercenaries payed by the US to overthrow the Syrian sovereignty. Like President Assad said, no one asked the United States for help, and we have no business interfering there on ANY level until we are asked or directly affected. We have plenty of problems with our corrupt politicians here and we should be focused on that, instead of assisting a certain "untouchable" nation every time they call our name. Even though I disagree with some of her domestic policy, I will say that Tulsi Gabbard actually has a whole section on her campaign website that debunks the fallacious claims made about Assad and the war... There are still good people here.
