About us:
In March 2017, Rick and Andrea (confessed Travel Addicts) started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share their travel photos and videos not just with their own respective friend's lists - but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited.
After inviting some of our friends and family, it grew and grew - and as of June 2019, the group has grown to over 200,000 members! One reason for our success, we believe, is that we have done our best to ensure only high-quality photos and videos get shared, all while limiting the use of commercial content.
We’re actually on a frecciarossa train right now! Traveling back to Rome from Venice, but we were in Florence the day before yesterday. Your videos have helped us so much! Thanks for all you do!
Thank you 🙏 we are really glad we helped
Just arrived in Florence today. Highlights la Strega. Gelato and San Lorenzo market.going back for steak there tonight. Thanks guys
Fantastic let us know how you like your steak 😀
@@TravelAddictsLife Steak was ok. But La Strega was by far the highlight of our Florence trip. Overall we disliked Florence and would never return. Like another comment we would advise other travellers to avoid Florence. Compared to beautiful Roma it seemed a rough, run down city and full of hostile migrants.
Going in a few weeks and love your videos.
Thank you 🙏 let us know how your trip goes
Thanks for the tips ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We are glad you liked it 😊
Another great video, gents! I really loved Florence when I was there at New Years. Italy's the best! Ciao!!!

Thank you 🙏
Outstanding video. Well done.
We just went to Florence, and did some of your tips. Anyone visiting should absolutely watch this. Wonderful job!
Thank you 🙏🏻
@elsewhere6388 thank you so much for your kind words
We are directly going to Rome after Florence. Both Don and I are in our mid seventies. I’m thinking of talking the golf cart first and then follow some of your exploring areas. What do you think?
We think it is a great idea 😊
When we travelled there last year, i had a request to go through Firenze and we went there for 1 day, we really wished we skipped out on Pisa and just stayed there for 2 days. Firenze was truly amazing, and im saying that for only being there for 1 day.
It is amazing indeed, thank you for your feedback
Can we get skip the line and get into anything we want like Uffizi and Accademia?
We will be in Florence for four days starting Sept 13. Is it too earlier to book events we want to attend without crowds?
No actually it is not too early to book, if you book with get your guide you can cancel up to 24 hours before if you change your mind
Must we pay $600.00 can to see the Uffizi and Accademia? In Florence
Not sure what you mean
We want to go into the Uffizi and Accademia, but the cost is huge. Is there a way we can go without the huge charge
No sorry the price for the sites is around €69 per person
Ok thanks should we book with viator
I need the map of bathrooms please
here it is: www.tuscanyitaly.info/publictoiletsinflorence/Servizi_Igienici2017.pdf
Thanks
Please send me the name of the meat meal
It is Fiorentina let us know how you like it!
Can we find vegan food in the average restaurants?
It is not very common. Most restaurants have vegetarian options just ask before sitting down.
Thank you!
Just my opinion, which is not nearly as knowledgeable as these guys. My recommendation is… don’t. Don’t go to Florence. There are dozens of amazing cities in Italy to visit which aren’t as over-touristed as Florence.
Sorry to hear that you don’t like Florence 😢
@@TravelAddictsLife Don’t my think of it as not liking Florence. Think of it as liking other Italian cities more.
could not agree more. It was a dump. Worst city we've been to in Italy.
