There's this one guy I never thought I'd love, his touch, his smile, his personality, everything about him seemed so perfect. Everytime he'd hug me to comfort me when I was sad or having an anxiety attack, his hugs were the cure to my anxiety, I truly believed what him and I had would turn into so much more but little did I know he lied to me saying he wasn't allowed to date due to his parents, two weeks later he was dating someone. Awhile back he had given me his hoodie, it broke me to give it back to him but I gave it to him. Everyday at the highschool I'd go to I'd see him and his girlfriend kissing, hugging or holding hands, it was difficult the first few days but after while things were looking better. I made a new friend, a guy, he brought me back up, he gave me the motivation and purpose to move on in life. Sadly he has graduated and I won't see him for a long time. Skipping forward a bit almost everyday in school I'd have an anxiety attack either during breaks or in class, things got worse from then on. Skipping to June 22nd, 2022 was the last day of highschool, I was sitting on a bench outside the school waiting for my ride when I had seen the guy approaching me. He sat beside me asking whether I was going to be here next year or not and I said no due to me moving away. At first his only response was "oh" afterward he asked for a hug at least, it felt wrong since he had a girlfriend but I missed being in his arms, I missed feeling his touch, hearing his laugh and seeing his smile. Parting with him was the worst thing to do, knowing I would never see him again. Catching feelings for this guy was a mistake I was happy to make, it hurts leaving but it's for the best. This is god's way of showing me, it never would've worked out, it wasn't meant to be. 🤍

I’ve never experienced the feelings interpreted in this song before until I met this one guy I developed feelings for. I told him a couple of days after and he was just shocked and nothing rlly happened, I just continued crushing on him until his looks and words got me confused. He says we’re just friends, but recommends me love songs and stares at me in school and looks away afraid as if he’d get caught. He becomes jealous when I talk to other guys and I just can’t understand why he pulls the friend card so much. And he’d never tell me he doesn’t like me. I’m so straight forward to the point if he recommends me a love song, I’d be like “you’re gonna make me think u like me” yet he dodges it. He dodges everything and I’d rather him tell me straight out than me wasting my time wondering if that one stupid guy would ever confess his feelings for me. It suck’s honestly

I’ve liked this boy since 4th grade. And now I’m in 7th. And I’ve been through hell and back millions of times for him. I was always supportive of all of his choices. When others weren’t. I was there for him no matter what. I’ve had to convince my friends that he was a good guy. When he got a girlfriend it hurt ngl. Cried myself to sleep a lot. Bc of the texts he’d send me “I love her” “she has my whole heart” “she’s perfect” he’s kinda flirts with me when no ones around. But other times he doesn’t. And idk what to think.
