Can ya tell me the 2 products he used please ?
Did the same with my car. Since it has the Anti-Pinch system, it wouldn't go all the way up as it would stop and go down at mid level. With this method not only goes up and down faster but also fixed that issue!

Good video Mike.....in the late 80's up to the death of Tom Knapp I worked at developing various compounds for cleaning and lubricating firearms. I focused on solvent free, water soluble, non-flammable, non-toxic ingredients. Dry lube was not readily available then..in fact only one company in New Jersey made it. Tribology. I convinced the owner to sell me small batches in spray cans and put my label on them. The REAL trick was convincing shooters to abandon petroleum based products even after I demonstrated the superiority of the dry lube....... The choice to choose and video the use of the dry lube was BRILLIANT.... All the best

Will it streak the window if you use it on the sill of the window (the horizontal bottom of window) as well? Big difference with just the sides.
Just apply as we did in the video, you can however remove your door panels and spray the inside tracks if you like, that is something we do as well. Thanks for watching, have a great day my friend. mad Mike the hammer SPC

Off subject Mike but what can I use to clean the crome exhaust tips on my vehicles with a GDI engine? I used super clean 3-1 which helped but didn't completely clean them. Was thinking next time maybe just straight super clean instead. That carbon/oil mixture is tough!
This mix kzhead.info/sun/jNGzlb6La4OFZ58/bejne.html will take off anything you have, it will take about 2 1/2 gallons of elbow grease, but it will do the trick Kerry. Thanks for watching and asking, have a great day my friend. mad Mike the hammer SPC

Interesting approach with the teflon spray. I had previously heard silicon spray recommended. CRC makes a spray can of food grade silicon which is safe for use in commercial kitchens and food processing facilities which I think might work as well as the water repellent spray; but the teflon dry lube looks like the cream on the top.
It's definitely the cream on top, we've tried and tested this process for months and months. Thanks for watching and sharing Iver, hope you have a great week. mad Mike the hammer SPC

What do you do for frameless door windows?
Replace your car. Get one with framed windows.
Tracks are INSIDE the door then. Use a red stick applicator on spray nozzle. & spray when window is down. Jst sayn. 😉

I have a '99 Ford Explorer. If I do this to my windows, they'll probably fly out of the frame. They're already that fast. Lol
LOL, thanks for watching and sharing and for the laugh this morning :) Have a great day. mad Mike the hammer SPC
My 99 is the same lol. Also my 88 mustang...they are way faster then my 07 f150 and my 2014 mustang
I was just about to say, those older fords already have fast windows lol
I wish. My 96 explorer is slow as a turd on both front windows. I've greased the rollers and guides in the door but I can tell the felt is getting old in the track and I think the window is rubbing raw spots in the track that are more like rubber than felt now. I see my Lowe's and Academy (which are next to each other also!) have the Teflon dry lube and Kiwi heavy duty water repellent. Imma go get some uptown in a bit!
If you own a Ford, the windows are the least of your problems
Works like a charm! Sombrero tip to Julio Cesar Chavez. Now that I've done this, I know I'd like to lube the window motor as well. We have a vid for that Mike?

Great video. Quick questions; Should you let the products dry between applications? Also, should you run the windows up and down with the products wet or let them dry? I’m thinking running the windows with the products wet would help get the products on the glass too.
It works good if you run them up and down while they're wet, the products will be on the very edge of the glass that you can't see so it's not an issue. Thank you for watching and asking Jack, have a great day. mad Mike the hammer SPC

i would love to see somebody actually figure out something to fix the problematic power windows on the 98-02 gm f-bodies (camaro/firebird) ...ive had several of them & they literally EAT power window motors... just on the last 2 (over 11yr span) ive changed 8 of them... the forums are full of ideals & ive tried all if them... if mine moved as fast as ur "slow" one, id be a happy guy ...i hate these weak power window motors that overheat & burn up so much id swap out for manuals if they were available (but theyre not, w/ exception of rare option for scca racing) because the manual windows in my 71 chevy have NEVER failed me, in the dark, in the dead of winter, in the rain... but enough of my "piss-poor-gm-quality" rant ...always enjoy ur videos man, thanx
