I think Bruno has the talent Michael Jackson did as far as an innovator and entertainer. Bruno has it all. He really does. And he recreates himself over and over, flawlessly. Always with pure talent up front. He could sing anything and turn it into a hit.
At my age (66), I’ve heard a plethora of funk. Silk Sonic is the funkiest band I’ve heard play instruments and sing since Prince. I caught their show in Vegas. Simply phenomenal!!

I can't believe Bruno's vocal performance here. All that gravel and grit and bass from someone with such a beautiful clear rich voice is quite incredible. His vocal control is superhuman. He never fails to amaze me.

the crowd was NOT IT. this reminded me of the vid with kool and the gang playing at an awards show and mj was rocking with them in the audience but everyone else was just sitting there awkwardly
The worst. How the f--- can you sit down through that? Makes you wonder if the music "industry" really loves music.
ACTUALLY, THIS WAS ALL IN THE STAGING. Just look at the beginning where TREVOR was located. That audience was all standing, hands in the air, clapping excitedly like the other awards shows we’ve seen for Silk Sonic appearances. After Trevor introduces them - the camera shifted - that audience is in a completely different of the area of the venue, where there are tables and chairs - like they’re special people. Most of those were industry types, etc. and others. I assume the Grammy’s thought it was an honor to seat them directly in front of the band. A lot of them probably didn’t even know who Silk Sonic was.🌝 So that’s the response we got. It was very unfortunate for the band as hard as they were working. Unfortunately there were no redos.🥴
They had to edit for family programming otherwise they would have to pay hefty fines. Now if it was in our shoes and they had a crowd like us, we would have tore the house down. It would have been like a scene from that movie "Babylon " ass and sweat flyin all over the place!! People hanging from the chandeliers! Bottles poppin, dice droppin, bodies rockin! Everyone going ape shit!!😂🤣😅
Their 70s vibe keeps us intrigued and their talent is through the roof…. More, more, more….. 👏🏽
