Stardew Valley 1.6 is rapidly approaching, and as such, I wanted to focus on some Stardew Valley Tips to help you know all the Stardew Valley Trivia that you could ever know! Let me know if there's anything else you guys want me to talk about! Stardew Valley Speedruns are so interesting! This is not 100 Days of Stardew Valley or any Stardew Valley Mods, nor Stardew Valley Mobile 1.5!

  • Blade, Haboo, and Salmence fill crucial niches in the Stardew Valley ecosystem, but so do you! I relate to your play style the most, because while you have all this detailed knowledge from watching other players, you don't stress yourself out planning things down to the most excruciating detail and resetting days until things are perfect. It's been cool to watch your channel grow from when UnsurpassableZ invited you to play in the Stardew Valley Cup (based off a viral Harvey cosplay TikTok?). You have a great instinct for humor and entertainment, you seem like a genuinely good and self-aware person, and you put in the hard work, so all your success is well-deserved. I enjoyed this longer style of video a lot, looking forward to what you have in store for us!

    • @@KingBram1I mentioned those in a comment downthread, as the best way to stop Stardew from feeling less like a relaxing game and more like a "you must speedrun and play ultra-efficiently or else" stress-fest. When you've got so many mods that it's literally impossible to play optimally, you can just slow down and enjoy yourself. I just think that after 600 hours total in the game, I've hit that saturation point where the game can't really carry my interest by itself, so once I do the "main quest" that provides structure and direction, I'm just kind of done with the run and ready for something else.

  • I am a straight male viewer. And Moonlight Jellies is actually probably my favorite festival in the game too. Later in the game, once I've gotten to the point where the festivals don't matter so much for me, it's the one only one I still go out of my way to head on over to the beach for. As a matter of fact, as soon as I have access to a Jukebox (and that festival) I plop that baby down right in the middle of my farm house, and set it to only ever play that song ever. Occasionally I'll set up a few additional jukeboxes in sheds, and greenhouses, and other places I tend to hang out in the game. It's kind of funny to have a mostly-mechanized shed, but be willing to use up some space have a big-screen TV in there and a couch, so it looks like I have an entertainment system out there. And then be pumping "Fun Festival" out a jukebox somewhere in the building. (one of my other favorite songs). For the greenhouse jukebox, I generally just set it to random, so I give some music while I'm in there too. Too quiet otherwise. Oh hey! A monster truck crushing things. Cool! Too bad it's the orange cars getting crushed in that clip. I like orange.

  • That ending tho. I'm invested in the same way in Minecraft... It was a game I started playing to connect with my then-troubled 10yo son. It saved our relationship, and quite possibly his life, as he struggled through some pretty dark times. Stardew definitely has the same vibe, the same spirit, of being a game you can immerse yourself in, and come back to years later and discover it all over again. Happy gaming Seanie. Thanks for sharing your journey with us.
