    • 2:20. A “sweep” from quarter guard. Very questionable.

  • What made Marcelo’s butter fly guard dangerous was his transitions to subs and x-guard/single leg x. Adam just stays insisting on his butterfly.

  • Adam dominated the match but "lost" because he wasn't playing a points game. Then the guy realizes he is up 2 points somehow after being tooled the first 2 minutes and just decides to stall out the match clutching and grabbing. I do credit Souzas side to side pass attempts. Nice movement, but clearly Adam was much better.

  • Boa luta. Mas o Adam mostrou um jiu-jitsu muito mais técnico e bonito. Muito fera !

  • Lol I don't understand the point system I guess. It looked like adam swept the shit out of him 5 times and took his back, mounted him, etc. No points. I don't get it.

    • It is a little perverse but without the points system the rule would be "the Brazilian wins". Wardzinski might never win a world title but I am sure everybody makes sure they are watching his matches. He just goes for it, no "playing games" trying to eke out a win by getting a couple of points and stalling.

    • He racked up a lot "almosts." You have to finish a sweep and hold the top position in order to get points. If you watch again he didn't fully complete any sweeps and he never got mount, only quarter guard. Close match though!

    • @@antonybui855 At the beginning Wardzinski was on the bottom and end up on top. That's 2 points for a sweet. Plus he had side control....

    • @@ducq83 at 1:00, Adam goes for the hook sweep, and during the scramble is almost passed. He winds up on top because of his opponent's mistake, not Adam's sweep.

    • To get points for a sweep you have to be playing guard fisrt

  • That's the first time ever where I get the impression the guy who lost the match is WAY better than the winner. I could not explain why but that's how I feel.
