This sends chills down my spine. It's a backroom of a radio station. She still has her coat & gloves on. Some of the band have coats on too. I have watched closely. No over dubbing. Towards the end I hear backup vocals. I'm not sure where from. “Rolling in the Deep” - GIEL! on 3FM - November 2010 In 2010, Adele stopped by at the GIEL show on Dutch radio station 3FM for a quick interview and performance. It’s almost unfair that this performance was provided for free to radio listeners and radio staffers, as it is simply that magnificent. Whoever was listening or was actually in the same room as her must have felt like being in the presence of a true professional that day. She sang on point and sounded as well as or even better than the album version of the song, making it clear that her critically-acclaimed vocals were innate and not manufactured at the recording studio.

She's not in a studio in this video, she's at a radio station.. Big difference! This was done live, not at all like doing it in a studio.. Notice the whole band playing their instruments at once together... These days, that's not the way recording is done, these days they all lay their tracks down separately and then the tracks get mixed-down to get one final synchronized track. This is the track that ends up on the albums you buy... It's called Multitrack Recording, nobody records a song with all the instrumental parts playing at once anymore.. It takes a top ranked, talented and tight bunch of studio musicians to be good enough to all play simultaneously and produce a single track of any quality at all... But nobody records that way anymore.. It's just way more efficient and makes the editing process much easier to use Multitrack Recording.. This video is straight up Live!

Towards the end I hear backup vocals. I'm not sure where from. “Rolling in the Deep” - GIEL! on 3FM - November 2010 In 2010, Adele stopped by at the GIEL show on Dutch radio station 3FM for a quick interview and performance. It’s almost unfair that this performance was provided for free to radio listeners and radio staffers, as it is simply that magnificent. Whoever was listening or was actually in the same room as her must have felt like being in the presence of a true professional that day. She sang on point and sounded as well as or even better than the album version of the song, making it clear that her critically-acclaimed vocals were innate and not manufactured at the recording studio.

She's not in a studio in this video, she's at a radio station.. Big difference! This was done live, not at all like doing it in a studio.. Notice the whole band playing their instruments at once together... These days, that's not the way recording is done, these days they all lay their tracks down separately and then the tracks get mixed-down to get one final synchronized track. This is the track that ends up on the albums you buy... It's called Multitrack Recording, nobody records a song with all the instrumental parts playing at once anymore.. It takes a top ranked, talented and tight bunch of studio musicians to be good enough to all play simultaneously and produce a single track of any quality at all... But nobody records that way anymore.. It's just way more efficient and makes the editing process much easier to use Multitrack Recording.. This video is straight up Live!
