I've watched A LOT of your videos and im trying to catch up and watch them all by bouncing around. But I don't think there's a single other video that sent so many chills down my spine. This is the first to literally make me cry, and I don't cry easy. You're a great dude, you raise your sons fantastically, and I love how strong your connection and belief in God is. Melt a stick of butter with a half cup of olive oil, half cup of soy sauce and about 8 cloves of fresh crushed garlic cloves in the microwave for as long as it takes to melt the butter. Let it cool and then place your tuna steaks into the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling over some mesquite charcoal coals. You can heat the marinade and use it as.a basting sauce during cooking and during the serving of the tuna. YUM!!! Great video!!

We're landlocked here in WV but when we can get fresh Tuna, I make a hot sauce with mayo combo, I chop the tuna fine with 2 sharp knives until its ground thick, mix in with the mayo/hot sauce combo and make hand rolls with vinegar rice and wrap with nori. A bit of sesame oil and soy sauce with wasabi and pickled ginger compliment it.
The best fish too eat are landlocked anyway, shoutout from ya boy a little further down the apalachian trail in NC✊🏻

Man I love your videos! I’m disabled and your videos are the closest thing for me to being there. As for tuna, my favorite is pan seared just like you made it in this video, but I love it sashimi as well or in sushi. As for the kids, whenever I had to travel for just a couple days it always felt like they grew bigger overnight and that I missed a lot. You’ve got the right priorities and you’re a good man.

Finally got to watch this, Gabe, and I loved this video. The adventure was amazing to watch (especially seeing Bailey catch that HUGE fish) and giving thanks to our Savior at the end was especially touching. Hope you get to read this. Marinate tuna steaks in Italian salad dressing over night then straight out of the marinade then pan grill, outstanding, try-it you'll like it !!! Tight lines Gabe !
Amazing fishing experience. Congrats to Bailey on her first monster tuna! I cook tuna just like you did here. Lately, I have seasoned it with cilantro. After the first flip I put lime juice on the fish. Flip it again briefly to add lime juice to the other side. I love the flavor, plus the benefit of cilantro is it's great for removing metals from our bodies that we sometimes inject.
I live the first 37 years of my life in South Louisiana. Went Black Fin AND Yellow Fin fishing many times and the largest that I EVER was able to haul in was a 65 pound Black Fin. So, KUDOS to you and especially Bailey. EXCELLENT Job !
