I am enjoying much peace by staying out social media things. I realized that those things played with human minds and some weak minds get into the traps set by them and eventually having severe mental issues in their lives. I feel i am living my life in real now.

Thank you for your video. I appreciate it. As an yogi, I agree with most of it. Just two observations, from my humble perspective: 1) In my philosophy I would substitute the words positive and positivity with constructive and being constructive. Because life is, with both its negative and positive aspects, but either way, one can always aim to be constructive towards that which be. And, in doing so, one welcomes more positive than negative things to happen. The great philosopher Patanjali warned us of both negativity as well as positivity as both ultimately lead one to disillusionment. But by being constructive at whatever life throws our way, we are inviting positive milestones and outcomes. 2) The only images in this video of Buddhism practitioners were all men. I waited then entire video in hopes of seeing a woman meditating or doing a balance pose. Constructively, there's opportunity for more inclusion as well as to present a more welcoming environment for members of both sexes. Believe it or not I once actually made the same observation about point #2 to the Dalai Lama o Twitter, and I did receive a constructive response and I did see tangible attempts at being more gender neutral and/or more inclusive of both sexes when addressing or referring to practitioners. It is just that once the painting is finished, it takes more effort to retouch the painting, and yet it is positive. Now, even though it appeared as though the Dalai Lama responded, it may have been his staff, but either way, it was a constructive response and the outcome begat a constructive approach at conveyance and engagement.

My problem is that I absolutely hate myself. My body is f*ed up and also my mind and I don't feel like I will ever be able to change that
You're letting your thoughts cloud your mind. If you don't let go of your attachment to negative thoughts and emotions it will become a part of you. I recommend practicing zazen meditation it focuses on the breath, and the purpose is to bring your attention back to breathing when a thought or an emotion arises. You need to emotionally detach and become emotionless. You need to let go or purge what no longer serves you anymore is the old self so you can blossom into a new version of yourself.
