Bad Cashier at Ross

2018 ж. 4 Там.
77 414 Рет қаралды

The Attitude Cashier was very rude and keep throwing the customer’s clothes in the shopping bag because the store was almost close by 11:30pm on Tuesday July 31st 2018. He did not tell his name when a customer asked him. He works at The Ross Dress For Less in Gulf Gate plaza on 6569 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34231.

THIS IS EXACTLY HOW ROSS TRAINS THERE CASHIERS. Wade it up & throw it in the bag.Feel free to send your feedback to Ross like it says at the bottom of the receipt. Guess what will happen??? Nada. All they care about is the bottom line. Poor guy makes barely makes minimum wage, but needs to greet guest with a pleasant attitude, clean, bag like a slave, handle all returns (check to see if their marked down, mark them down, hard tag them & return them to the correct place), make sure to walk the shortage highway, in order to prevent theft (which company will NOT DO ANYTHING about) deal with poor management, customers who are horrible & try to feel great about where they work.

  • There’s a big amount of customers who come in to a store and will messily rummage through shelves and racks, leave their trash anywhere and everywhere, let their children open packages without the intention of purchasing, try on loads of clothes and won’t even pick them off the floor or hang them back, and more. All this in their eyes is “our job” but then they wonder why these employees don’t have nicer attitudes. After a while, those hard working employees are too tired too care and have lost faith in humanity. I feel their suffering.

I worked at ross as a cashier myself and management tells you to bag clothes as fast as possible. He is also timed and that gets tracked at by management which cashiers get harassed for. This was a dick move to record him like this. it's just clothes. it's not like he was throwing around electronics.

I dont think he is rude but you are! you give bad comment about someone who is trying to survive. dont expect everyone greet at you like the times you had in your daddy house, WELCOME TO REAL LIFE!

  • 🤣🤣🤣 I laugh every time this happens. I went from working at Sears for 3 years, till they went out of business, to Kohls for 2 year, and then to Ross and found out real quick that if consumers want those brand names at cheaper than second hand store prices, then they will have to sacrifice a tiny bit of customer services, like folding (not allowed) and taking items out to customers vehicles (prohibited). And don't try asking in depth questions about our products either...we are a discount warehouse, that buys other warehouses full of products. Yeah, we often get stuff from the same companies, but we are not in the loop as far as what we will get when. That's why it's called the treasure hunt! You never know what you're going to find!
