What is a sequential??
@@MONEYMAKINGLONERS it's a really fast gearbox, the gearbox is made in a way so that you push the gear lever forward to drop gears or pull back to move up gears, unlike a normal H pattern gearbox where you have to find each gear like the evo was. Sequential is really quick and you can even shift without the clutch which eliminates even more time shifting.
The Evo's low 3 seconds 0-60 with a H pattern is mega impressive 👏
I'm pretty sure he spun too, he could probably get even closer with more seat time, having the balls to go up against cars in the same league, but with a seq instead of a standard manual should be noted too.

This is not entirely true. Some of the fastest cars in the world are H pattern dog gears.

I feel if Evo also had a sequential gearbox, it was well capable to go head to head like the other 2. But nevertheless a great lineup!

Any older guys on here from the fast and furious 1 days blown away at the evolution the DC5 has gotten to. Never would have dreamed I would be seeing these things with 650-1000k hp awd launch vs. Suby's. All 3 cars are amazing!

Really loved this!! That Integra is a beast!!! But man the guy in the EVO did amazing for having to shift all himself! That launch was amazing for that lil car!! 3.04 0-60mph and doing all the shifting is really good!!!

Awesome round up, looking at the results a bit more seat time and the EVO might be giving the 20k sequential a run for it's money.
It makes me smile seeing more folks doin the AWD conversion to the DC5 and EM2 platforms... they are sooo light, and the K series is just so damned good.

K series is a monster, shame you need some significant modification to make the CRV AWD system handle that much power
The Evo already had less bhp/tonne and on top of that a standard h pattern shifter so you can't really blame the driver. Nonetheless, a very decent lineup. I like how you always try to make it as close as possible in terms of specs.
Not at all, he missed a couple of shifts after he jinxed himself by saying he can drive his car at the start lol, I knew the subi & honda were gonna be no joke but hoped the evo would win lol

What great memories. I had a 1999 subie 2.5 ,Impreza . I modied it so well it slayed my W 335i. I miss her and still have all the original struts,springs, exhaust modnifold ext.

Best episode,I'm a Honda guy, but that doesn't matter,this races could go on forever,Evo looks the best and is a must in this race,pretty good with that manual,Subaru is world on its own and Harry is crazy with shifts,and the "underdog" Integra proves the point of being an underdog,keep on.
