These combined XIs always disrespect how important a specialist DM is. Can't ask Scholes/KDB to hold up a midfield like Keane or Rodri would.
Doesn’t have to be as exact as that
Think carrick is better than all of them
Would've taken Scholes out tbh. I know he was a brilliant player but I just don't think he gets into this team, let's be real. You need Keane or Rodri in that role, KDB as your box to box and then Rooney as your 10. That would've been a much better team
personally i would take yaya there but realistically both rodri and yaya are a level above keane
Stopped watching after kompany made it in over stam.
Vidic was a two time EPL Player of the Year and the dominant player in the partnership with Rio. Y'all have forgotten how great he was.

Vidic was a super defender and I was always scared when we played against him. I think he gets in over Kompany. But Flex chose Stam instead and despite Stam being a great CB, didn't play as long in the PL as Kompany and thus he did not get in.

Saying this as a neutral. Fergie took a team that hadn’t won the league in 20 years and turned them into the biggest club in the world with limited resources compared to Pep. Pep took a team that had underperformed for a season and a half, but before that was the best team in England, he had near unlimited resources, and made them into the best team in the world. Fergie did more with less.
No need to lie, look at how many times fergie broke the transfer record
@@Hyper-Sageonce he had took them to the top they had cash to spend
In terms of on the pitch and the accolades/accomplishments, that is definitely a fair argument. However, one element that is entering the argument is the culture change. Pep is changing cultures of not just teams, but also the leagues he has been to with his play style. It's a clear footballing identity that has demonstrated its transferability. In addition, another thing going for Pep is the teaching quality. Look at how many top managers there are who were managed by him or worked with him as an assistant.
Was Roman Abramovich a PL club owner when Fergie took over? Context is everything. Today you can’t just use coaching to win, you need to spend the money. No disrespect to Fergie as he was remarkable.
