Volkonavski surviving that double leg at 4:32 was insane
defended it and submitted him
Insane Right??? 👍🏾👊🏾✌🏾🇳🇬🇺🇸
@@JeffSainlarVisuals volk lost to Holloway the second time
@@user-vb8ff3is1n Lmao get over it
@@user-vb8ff3is1n Volk won 3,4,5 you don't lose fights you won 3 rounds in when there are no 10-8's
That clip of Dan Hooker looking away at Israel's kick like "wtf was that?" never fails to make me laugh
It's Iconic now
Beautiful... especially when done to Izzy, the best striker in the game. Hooker’s the man
Man I wish Dan was able to do that with Chandler’s left hook 😞
😂😂
then he got knocked out

@@Deimian676 yeah u can see him in the beginning
I see nothing but skill, toughness and future CTE.
you're a coward. stay in your Women's Booty Boxing class.
@@SandaBoxing I think in your case the early symptoms of CTE are already showing.
@@wenqiweiabcd I think in your case the mature symptoms of 😼ssiness are already showing.
@@wenqiweiabcd you came to this video. You watched it, and decided to comment. Yet here you are babbling on about CTE, but you clearly watch combat sports. I don't understand people like you.
@@jacket2848 I understand that CTE is a risk that combat sport athletes take and I respect them for that. I also don't think the sparring in this video is really out there, it's not too hard. I'm just jabbing at the dude that calls anyone who is concerned about brain injury "pussy" and "coward".
This is where McGregor needs to go if he wants to make another run
To be fair, he can still beat pretty much any one of those guys in that gym. Except for Izzy. (And probably some of the LHW and heavyweights there)
@@Solivigant. maybe but this is the kind of pressure he needs I think. He's got to many yes men around him and I think he decides what to do in fight camp and not his coaches.
@@Solivigant. I don't think he can beat Brad Riddell in a striking match.
I would love to see Conor train in CKB with Izzy. Imagine the creativity he would find sparring and training with these boys.
@@DaKillaCroc859 that's true. If his ego would let him understand that than he would probably have another run
Tony Ferguson the type of guy to deforest that whole area with his shins
3:35 beautiful kick
Conected perfectly
That feint was hilarious, reminds me of some people that feint by opening their mouth 😂
Its crazy how watching people sparr can be more entertaining than a lot of actual fights, is cool to see these monsters play
Ikr I love watching really good technical sparring
Stylebender!

Looking at Dan next to Izzy makes me wonder what kind of hell he puts himself through to make 155 and makes it completely outrageous that he fought at 145
Abput to fight at 145 again
@@pedroteixeira7595 going back to 145 was a rough one. That card was insane tho
This is incredible. Everyone is top level. Everyone showing distinct setups and skill sets. Legendary.

That combo at the beginning though💥
Beautiful display of MMA and sparring
100%
3:35 I'm trying that next time I spar
Crazy when you watch it slowed down you see a bunch of openings lol... Then played at full speed it's a whole different story. Freaking awesome video 😁👍

That's what all non trained fighters say lol. You don't get cte that easily. Most ppl just wanna justify the fact that they can't fight "but at least I don't have cte"

Alot of monsters I saw, Izzy, Hooker, Volkanovski, Yan, Nastyukhin.. Tiger Muay Thai has beasts!
Brad riddel
A lot of talent in that room!
Namajunas and Valentina sparring too
Mansour Barnaoui
Watching this video makes me miss the fight practices i used to have.
Volkanovski with that takedown defense😂
simply amazing footage
Nothing more chill than a fun sparring session Some takedowns, some goofy fun moves Not super hard Just learning and fun
I think this is a perfekt mix between american /european and thai style..!! I see some realy technical sparring with a lot of respect and still not playing around and compete ! Thats how you evolve your fighting bravo 👏 and thanks a lot for the great video 🙏
These boys look like they are having a blast
Looks fun as hell 💪🏿🔥
This was beautiful, I loved every clip, was awesome
_Yan, Izzy, and Volk_ … The 3 Best Strikers in MMA.

I used to think it was just bjj that was good for people but it’s everything with hard work and wisdom
3 champs in one room! (style bender, Volk, and yan)

Champs on champs on champs in this sparring sesh !!
Très très belle image. Celui qui a fait le montage vidéo avec tous ces ralentis est doué un vrai professionnel comme on en voit rarement. Merci
love that slow motion
i wish we could see the conversations after . when they ask eachother about stuff and go over what happened etc . thats where the real learning happens
Probably the greatest shots and takedowns landed in MMA history occurred in camps like this all over the world. Y seen by the fans, but I own by the fighters.
Dam. Great footage! Just music and sparring. Continue...
Awsome sparing video
Nice work
That combination at 2:30 was really clean. Right hook to the body and right uppercut.
So many top tier fighters !!!

Amazing video
I've been to too many gyms where there's no real sparring. This is what every fighter needs. You can't enter the ring but haven't experienced real fighting conditions.
And the NEW sparring sessions champion of the world : DAN HOOKER !

This some hard real training hard asf
Awesome
2:25 Caught the kick with his head, then took him down. Obviously you shouldn't use your head as a way to catch kicks, so it wasn't completely intentional, but that was still impressive.
That cant be done in a fight obviously was a low power kick, if you try to do that youll probably get ko'd
@@xhikuofficial7744 it happens plenty of times in muaythai sometimes the high kicks dont carry the full force of a low kick or bodykick and are snappier and connect with the instep and a late block usually tends to catch the leg between the neck and glove giving you a free sweep lol
I guess it was ok....Not very impressive but, I can explain & it's sort of up in the air whether that's poor sparring etiquette. The head kick landed cleanly and was held back. Every clean landed kick can be caught into a trip or dump easily because the speed/power is being held back. I allow my students to trip me whenever they want just to get practice since i don't mind but, the better etiquette is just nod your head and reset imo.
It’s terrible etiquette to sweep someone after they pull back on a head kick.
That looks fun 😄
One should get life insurance if you decide to sparr Spong
5:19 that fake switch jab oh myyyy
Absolutely beautiful
love the video but please could someone tell me the name of the first song🙏🏾
Warriors 💯
did you see volkanovski’s takedown defense? fkn sick. dude gets doubleleg picked up 6 feet high and still manages to defend it
Volkanovski is a beast dude
Dan could be smooth if he let himself cruise a bit instead of going for the kill all the time lol. Best I seen him was Gilbert Burns, silent killer - Couch Potato
nice tag line
Yeah but Dan is a killer though so I guess it's hard for him to resist the temptation to go in when the opportunity presents itself
The paradise for me
