*** Please refer to the TIP at the bottom of the expected questions.
I made a soft and soft Turkish flat bread.
The middle of the bread is empty, so it's good to wrap up your favorite food.
Of course, it is light and delicious to eat with just bread.
It is also good for wrapping spicy chicken or roasted meat,
It can also be used as tacos, sandwiches, and pizzas.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[6 pieces of 18cm]
✤ Dough
- 500g Bread flour or all purpose flour (4cups)
- 160ml Warm milk (2/3cup)

- 10g Sugar (1tbsp)
- 8g Salt (0.8tbsp)
- 18g Olive oil (3tbsp)

  • As a Turkish myself, so happy to see this video. It's especially perfect for the breakfasts. If anyone would like to try, can put different kind of cheeses inside it or wrap minced meat.

  • I just made these ❤️ They’re sincerely soooo good! But I realize I need to be careful with the heat….high when starting…then when it’s starts puffing up, turn the heat down…..!!! If the heat is too low, they don’t puff up. I will perfect the method. They’re absolutely delish!

  • Ma sha Allah! I tried this recipe and my family loved it! The bread turned out soft and fluffy, I also stuffed it with mashed potatoes and fried onions , you can also mix some cheese with the stuffing, definitely recommend it 😋

    • @@fathiahussein6049 When the dough has rested, devide it in to parts (I devided in to 8 parts ) and then start rolling the pieces of dough in to the flat bread shape, after that scoop one tbsp of the filling place it in the centre of the dough, afterwards close the dough around the filling (it will form a ball again), gently roll it out , and voila! The bread is done 😀
