    • Physique on point but I want to see the challenge done with full extension at the bottom of the pull up and chin over bar at top. Also, full extension at top of push-up and chest touch the floor at the bottom. I bet no one will complete it if they actually had those standards. It’s impressive, don’t get me wrong, but hard to justify when you shorten the range of motion.

I am 48, stopped smoking 13th June 23 after 34 years and am also partially paralysed in my left hand from a brain injury in 1992 so somewhat challenging of a challenge. I finished at 21:47PM. I must say in all honesty a judge might have shitcanned my 45-50 chinups. At 5 minutes I had done 30 chin ups and 40 pressups (2*10 chin ups and 2*20 pressups 1*10 chinups) and I don't know if my lungs wanted to implode or explode (the stupidity of smoking). I shall keep hacking away over the next month to see how I can reduce my time. All things considered I was well happy. I have subscribed and your outcomes are great dude.

    • It's all relative. Most people would reach the same or more amount of fatigue 10 times quicker, but it would still be as much (or even more) of a workout (pull ups and push ups for 5 mins straight) for them as this was for him.

  • I always used to think that this was gonna be impossible for me but after training for 3 months, I finally attempted this and it took me around 20 minutes. Doing this under 5 minutes, this man is a complete beast. But for everyone thinking that this challenge is impossible, just train with dedication and patience man, you'll get it one day, because there was a time when I couldn't even do a single pull up or push up, now I can aleast complete this challenge under 20 mins, don't give up brahs, we're all gonna get it.
