  • No one is thinking in written words. Words are not a necessary prerequisite of thinking. Thinking and planning is also present in species without the ability to form words. Little children and babys and also people with handicaps can think without any word (at least basically )

    • You are confusing feelings for thinking. Words are absolutely a prerequisite for thinking, at least beyond the most basic. The examples you mention (assuming you meant people with *severe* mental disabilities) have difficulty thinking beyond the most rudimentary levels.
