    • No eggs and cheese would be vegan, not vegetarian. Vegetarian merely means no meat

    • @@user-ww4jy5wv3p true; however, strictly they would be lacto ovo vegetarians. That's the formal terminology to ensure a vegetarian eats animal by products. That's also how chefs are taught. Vegetarian meals won't include any meat of animal by products. I'm not really in a group. I don't classify myself. I don't eat beef, bacon, pork, offal of any sort, and other assorted meats. However I'll eat lamb, Turkey, chicken, and any seafood. I tend to eat the high proteins i.e. white meats, whether land or ocean origin. I love all veg bar Brussel Sprouts, and green beans, and eggplant and probably a few others, the lower the carb/Cal count, the better. Fruit likes, basically covers them all. I usually eat wraps, though when I do have bread in the house, I bake my own bread. I make everything from scratch, including pastas, sauces etc. There are far too many preservatives in food now. I only eat free range chicken and eggs and grass fed organic lamb etc. I'm also lucky enough to live a short walk from the ocean. If having any type of seafood, I'm fortunate enough to have access to seafood fresh off the boats/trawlers. As for milk, I only have a small amount in a cup of tea or in cooking and I only use A2 light milk. The commencement of the sale of that was a godsend for me as my body can't tolerate the A1 passion.

    • @@user-ww4jy5wv3p yes I'm familiar with Indian custom, and I realisethat about 80% do not eat meat and certain faiths refrain from particular meats. I totally respect people's values, as long as it doesn't hurt another. I have nothing against those in India who choose to abstain from meat due to their religious beliefs, just as I believe that those Indians who do choose to eat meat, should not be discriminated against either. There is no room for discrimination in life, whether it's food choices, sexual orientation, and many other things.
