Yield: 1 pizza
Pepperonis
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 large tortilla
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
Place the pepperoni in the middle and top with mozzarella cheese, make it the size of the tortilla. When the cheese is melted, spread pizza sauce on the cheese evenly and top with a tortilla. Carefully cover the pan with a plate and flip the tortilla pizza onto the plate. Slice and serve. Believe it. You’ve got a personal size pizza!
