Slows aging. Sleeping on your side speeds up cleavage and chest wrinkles and also face eye mouth wrinkles. If you’re on your back your face is at a relaxed state so no smashing on the the pillow creases that will develop if you do it every night

Slows aging. Sleeping on your side speeds up cleavage and chest wrinkles and also face eye mouth wrinkles. If you’re on your back your face is at a relaxed state so no smashing on the the pillow creases that will develop if you do it every night
