  • I am thinking to buy One Plus 7T but I love One Plus 8 more not because it is newer or it has 5G or for its faster 865 chip set and curved display. But because it is more compact than 7T, 10 gram lighter, and tad narrower and thinner. Also it has higher battery capacity.

  • While doing the battery test use cellular data in that way we can see how the new modem on the 8 consumes battery . Using wifi actually doesn't affect the battery performance that much . In real life scenarios people will be using cellular data + wifi.

  • I bought OP8 2 weeks ago for ₹45000. So here's my honest take:- Pros:-Build quality, Oxygen OS, battery, design, in-hand feel, display, dual speakers, network reception, call quality, vibration and lastly the snapdragon 865. Cons:-Slow charging(takes 70-75 minutes to charge), above average cameras(for the price), heats up quite a bit while charging, no expandable storage, no 3.5mm headphone jack. I hope this helps :)
