Giraffes never showed intelligence even close to figuring out how to get your baby on your back (considering the size difference), or how to balance him during walking. The closest hoofed animals come to that scenario, is when buffaloes try to help a wounded buffalo by surrounding him and getting the horns and head/shoulders under him, during walking, for support.
That baby Giraffe is already dying and all these animals know that, except the person who wrote the title.
Well, the tilte says "try to save" not "save"
@@eliasl3774 That’s the poster’s own perception.
How easily the lion pulled the calf backwards is nuts
I watched the video over and over again. It really looks like the baby giraffe's leg was already broken before the lions attacked it. That is also why he was so unsteady on his feet, why he didn't run and why he went down so easily. Also the giraffe seemed very weak from the very beginning. Probably from dragging that leg around for a while. If that was the case, and it was not broken by the lions earlier before the camera started rolling, then the lions did the baby giraffe a favor. He never would have survived with a broken leg like that. That was tough to watch. Poor thing. I hope they killed him quickly. At least he didn't suffer longer dragging that leg around. Other animals would have gotten him later or he would have died from infection. Poor thing. The jungle can be cruel.
no they did not do him a favor eating him alive
The same thought came to me...
Like thousands of other people, I've been checking in on April the giraffe from time to time. Those that are critical of zoos for keeping animals in captivity need to watch videos like this. Predators in the wild are brutal. April is well fed and cared for and nothing like this will ever happen to her calf.
Nm up uh
I'm all for zoos but we should keep these natural environments going as long as possible too. I don't think you'd necessarily disagree w/that, just my two-bit opinion.
Dam. Did i miss the fight. I saw the lion reach for the baby, the baby fell, and es ovre? What a paw
No one in this world like the mother she give her soul to her babies
Sometimes mothers don’t. You don’t have to deify it
The mother is a gift from god
