Let's Wash is a 3 location car wash chain in Noord Brabant. Their locations used to be owned by Hanex.
Let's Wash's Oss location has a 30m Christ Hybridtechnik and Konturtechnik tunnel. At the time of filming, it had a single side belt conveyor, high volume prewash arch, wheel brushes, Kinematic top brush, Flex-Express wraps, Kontex-Hybrid side washers, side to side mitter, Maurice Piket Techniek MPT100 wheel blasters, exit facing wraps, Aeroflex-3 blower gantry, and a Rotex-3 textile drying module. Since this video was taken, the conveyor was replaced with one from Carwash Transmissies, and they upgraded to Brushcom brush materials. Let's Wash uses Dr. Stocker chemicals, and the top wash includes polish wax, AcrylProtect, underbody, and wheel cleaning.
I, always, LOVE those contour Christ dryers that I see here on YT. They seem to use less energy for drying while also providing an adequate flow of air. At least I think it saves energy.
In the Netherlands electricity is expensive, so their drying systems usually have smaller and fewer producers. However, contouring blowers such as the Christ Aeroflex-3 cannot handle anything above slow chain speeds and have a lot of moving parts, so they are fairly uncommon there.
Contouring dryers are common in Europe
Whats the purpose of the "pressure washing" at the beginning?
