*Special thanks to Roel from Brushcom for making this possible!*
In 2020, this location opened in Rosmalen as Q-Wash. Washin7 then acquired Q Wash's 2 locations in 2022. It is one of the largest car washes in the Noord Brabant province.
The wash tunnel has a 65m Holz conveyor. It is equipped with a high volume prewash arch, 2 sets of pivoting turbo wheel blasters, 2 sets of PE196 wheel brushes, 2 standard top brushes, standard and trailing exit facing wraps, PE250 grill brushes, PE118 and PE135 side washers and a 5 manifold Mega-Power high pressure arch for washing, a drying spec wrap/standard top brush combo and retractable mitter for polishing, following mirror rinse manifolds, a 6 producer drying system with following mirror blowers, and a drying wrap/standard top brush combo. All the friction components are equipped with Brushcom materials, including MicroAct cloth, Hybrid+ on the top brushes, MicroWash on the mitter, and MicroDry on the textile drying components.
Washin7 uses Washtec's Auwa chemical line, and their top package includes the lava bath, lava polish, protectant, foam wax, sealer wax, underbody, and double wheel cleaning.
I like how they do a high pressure rinse to get on as much dirt/grind before any brushes touch the car, I with more car washes here in the Midwest had a setup like that.
This is an awesome place. Can you do some Car Wash videos in Texas sometime? If you can that would be awesome but if not that's ok.
Yes, I plan to visit TX within the next year. Next big trip will probably be to Washington DC.
@@SFCarWashChannel That's you awesome. Whenever you go to Texas, you should consider checking out some WashGuys Car Wash locations and Buc-ee’s Car Wash locations you come across. If you can do those washes that would be awesome, but if not that’s ok.
@@greatcitysportaction2289 Think my first trip to TX will be focused on Watershed Car Wash. I have no plans to visit any WashGuys or Buc-ee's stores.
@@SFCarWashChannel Are you talking about the areas of Austin and Waco?
San Antonio all the way to Oklahoma City.
Total satup. Prise
