This is a 3 speed transmission but without clutch. The main idea is understanding the gear/reduction ratio. By the way it tries to rotate with drill and what if shifts without clutch? To see that I designed it simple with no clutch and I printed it with a 3d printer.

Yes, the red rods have printed with PLA as others parts. They have 8 mm dia. The bearings are 608zz and you can buy from banggood, aliexpress, etc. Thanks for your interest. If you want more details you can check out description..

Probably it has 8mm inner dia. 12 mm out dia.
Why don't you use a constant mesh transmission with dogteeth instead of synchro rings? It's what clutch-less sequential rally cars use. They aren't clutch-less but you can shift without clutch, reducing wear, shift time and increasing efficiency

@@3dgiftz I always use this settings 0.16 quality speed 60 mm/s infill 20% your speed is high and you should increse the infill.
