Saying that about themselves regarding Game 3, and playing their best in Game 4, are two different things. Minnesota HAS to know they can't go back to Denver at 2-2. They must win game 4, which will give them a Game 6 opportunity to close out the series, if they should come out flat again in Game 5. • The NBA needs to fix its wildly inconsistent officiating problem. Game 2 one of the most physical games i have ever seen. Game 3 called tight like regular season. Given these rosters/schemes its pretty obvious which team would be favored. I prefer less physicality because it lets more skill be displayed. But pick something and be consistent from game to game. We got 2 blowouts because of this nonsense.

    @kevinmclain6741@kevinmclain674111 күн бұрын
    • On one hand I completely agree. On the other, the wolves should have gone in to this game expecting for the officials to call a tighter game after the disasterclass that was game 2. And if they weren't expecting this they should have realized what was happening after 5 minutes of game time instead of trying to double down.

      @llwyd564@llwyd56411 күн бұрын
    • Physical play is historically consistent in the playoffs in the NBA. What isn't normal at all is the fact they arbitrarily switched to softer-than-regular-season reffing for Game 3, without warning. That set up the Wolves, since they came out expecting physical reffing for playoffs and therefore played physical. As a result, they were set up and got into early foul trouble (in the bonus quarters 1 and 2), so they had to back off on D for fear of fouling out... giving the Nuggets open looks all night. This is likely by design to extend the series. Millions of dollars at stake. I can't think of any other explanation other than purposefully setting up the Wolves for early foul trouble and stripping them of their D to give Denver an easy win. The matchup entails that is a super easy way to give them a W.

The ref called the game like a regular season game and Twolves could not get away with extreme physicality. 3.Rudy needs to have a kid every game day because he takes away the mobilith of the wolves defense 😂. 4. Wont be shocked if nuggets wins this series. Whoever wins game 4 wins the series.

In this game Porter picked up a lot of the load, and that’s what we are going to need to see otherwise Jokic gets worn down and it’s curtains.
