Hey cleet I can send you a custom tuned ECU for z28, and optimize the factory flaws in stock tune. You can run 150-200hp fogger setup easy. Run a NGK tr6 plug at .030" let me know if you need it. I have all the tuning software.

My 95 z28 actually in the paint shop right now. Had it since 2001 when I was 19 years old. Been sitting since 2013 because of a bad transmissions. Rebuild trans, BMR springs, koni shocks, 17x11 zr1 wheels, replace all gaskets,optispark, water pump etc. gotta love the f-body LT1

That's a $500 car max. I paid $650 for my first car and it had 90K miles and no mold. That guy got so lucky that Cletus is rich enough to donate back to his community. That purchase was charity and respect for the mullet.

Having owned both a 94 and a 98 Z-28, that LT 1 sounds the best. For some reason, they changed the firing order on the LS 1's.
Yea I've never cared for the sound of most LS cars. LT1s still have a bit of the old school sound. Now performance wise....

Cody Evans performance wise the LT1s are just as capable. There’s an LT1 383 turbo camaro doing 7s in the 1/4 mile. You’re thinking of parts availability. A lot harder to get heads / cams for an early LT compared to an LS
@@TheZumiezNation its really just the tunning part that his the pocket. Lolol and finding a guy with the knowledge of tunning with older software unless you switch out the pcm to ob2. I know for me building a 383 is cheaper for me because of who I know. But the tunning part is what makes it a headache lol but hey its worth it.
You guy's never fail to deliver great content. But the video's where you 3 are competing and show the real personal side of yourselves. Now that's when it becomes awesome content. Every man for himself with his own talents. Looking forward to seeing the other rides. Cleetus you may want to listen to Cooper. He knows what those buckets will and won't take.
I can't speak for everyone else, but these are the kind of videos I like to watch. Good ol' fashioned muscle car from the 90s, and friendly competition. Can't wait to see what James and Coop have to offer.

Hey Gek correct. Loved both styles. This month of freedom from ol’ cleet has brought me back to the good old straight outta high school days street racing shitty cars and factory cars. My 97 Malibu had so much torque 10+ people couldn’t hold it for a burn out. Thinking about that car, I wanted to make that a rear wheel drive car so bad and make it a sleeper. The 3100 v6 made a lot of power. Slightly less then the v6 Camaro. But I coulda had a mint z28 at the time but my dad said I’d kill myself in it. It was beautiful for being from southwestern PA

Yet a LT1 car thats still running a gm intake is over a half second faster than anything cleetus owns. Also faster than ANY lsx stick shift car in the world, and its not even close. If it wasnt for the lt1 a ford would have the fastest domestic time. Even now the only thing that beats it is a billet 2jz on 100psi........
