the way he was like 21 looking for someone 18-21 and yall call it predatory behavior. It's not his fault they lied about their age. His fault is not checking their age better!
If they lied then how come James made an apology ADMITTING that they were underage, apologise to them directly and then take the video down and proceed to change the narrative several times after? The way y’all defend him makes me think y’all have some skeletons of your own…
Not to mention James himself has admitted that he looks for anyone who looks as close to 18 as possible. 😭
@@laurengibbs6940yes. basically he is saying the only reason he isn't sleeping with 15 yr old boys is because the law is preventing him. I heard him say, "I prefer 18, as close to 18 as possible."
Once is a mistake, more than once is a pattern. The fact he wasn't even careful enough to try an verify the age of minors because he was "desperate" shows he will likely repeat his actions

James Charles is an ADMITTED child sex offender 😳 The guy made an apology video to his victims (HIS words). How he is not in jail is beyond me 🤷♀️ People like him don’t change. He didn’t make a mistake; he went after underage boys. More than once! And admitted to it. That kind of stuff isn’t forgotten, nor should it be forgotten. NOTHING he can say or do will erase that or make it better. I do understand what you’re saying about other things people have done that the internet doesn’t let die. That is true. It is like “ let it go already” but when it comes to JC, NO it will never die. I will never support him, or anyone who supports him.
It's just hard to be ok with JC getting away with trying to do date underage children as a mother of a young boy.
The fact he put out a video apologizing to his "victims" (his own words), and then deleted it to spin a narrative is very telling. And he did talk to them, knowing they were NOT 18. I think 1 or 2 stated they were over but then confirmed they weren't, yet he kept talking to them. He also finds it fun to go after straight men, which I find just... bizarre. I would never try to make a gay man straight. I just go with men who are already attracted to women because why do that to someone? He has a pattern of behavior and it should not be downplayed or overlooked.

TikTok collects data like KZhead and Facebook. The issue is that American tech companies are not legally required to share information with the government. TikTok is required to share information with the Chinese government.
They can be though, heck they can sell it all the time. The argument is that in America they have to go through more than China does.

Also can we do a quick congress refresher for everyone on tiktok? It’s not ‘sus’ that many different issues are handled at different speeds. Some bills take more negotiation than others, and you can ask one specific side of the aisle why they refuse to work on bipartisan efforts.

6:38 i was there as a viewer of him and then just as an onlooker during the multiple scandals. He was in fact talking to minors and knew they were minors. Only after a few scandals did he start forcing people to send photos of their ids.
No he did talk to under age dudes. There were 18 and up and there was some fake ones but he did stuff.
He did a video confirming that he was actively talking to minors they he deleted year later, after when he post it.

James Charles is a bad person. What he did was sick and it wasn’t an honest mistake. He deserves to have it follow him. He doesn’t deserve to still have the career that he has and I don’t know how he still has a career. If you search his name on KZhead, you get a bunch of videos about people getting exposed for the same thing he did. Even KZhead’s algorithm knows he’s guilty.

@@AyeItsJu children do occasionally lie but it is legally always the responsibility of the adult to make the appropriate decision. If it had got to the point of intercourse it's still statutory rape as legally a child cannot be expected to have the mental capacity to make these decisions. Ultimately if they look close don't go there.

All I did was state my opinion, based upon everything he has done and all of the evidence laid out in front of me. I stick by my opinion because He did it multiple times and it was always something to do with young people. Plus, he’s weird, looks weird, acts weird and he’s not a good person.
