Clearly Ross made the most mistakes 🤣 Saying the wrong name at the alter and falling asleep in the middle of reading Rachel's letter but pretending to have read it should be definitely be included!
Falling asleep reading a letter wasn't his the biggest mistake. Going back to Rachel was. She was really interested in Ross when he was moving on. When he chose her, she lost her interest.
@@pasjonatpl she didn't lost interest when he choose her. They broke up again because ross said he read the letter when he didn't, he lied, like always. He lied when he said he trust her, he lied abput that girl he sleep with ( o k ow they were on a break but just went there, asking everyone to don tell rachel the truth and rachel found out) And he lied about reading the letter I know rachel wasn't perfect either but let's not pretend that ross was awesome because he caused everything.
@@ngrp27 Not only him. The break was Rachel's idea in the first place. Of course Ross was jealous and possessive about Mark but he had reasons. It was clear that Mark wanted something from Rachel and still she let him come into her apartment in the night. What would you think in this situation, if it happened to you? Your boyfriend/girlfriend wants a break, you call him/her at night and you hear that particular person in the background in his/her apartment. So in terms of communication it's on Rachel. Ross lied about the letter. That's a good one. She told Ross she still loves him and wants him back. So when he finally broke up with Bonnie, she gave him a letter with conditions to accept, if he still wanted to be with her. Cool. Why she didn't mention about any conditions when he still was with Bonnie and had more options? If it's not clear for you in this situation that she's interested in Ross, when he is with someone but loses her interest, when he's alone again, what about Emily? She got totally crazy and jealous. When Ross was still married, she told him she still was in love with him. And what did she do when Ross was divorced, devastated, broken, depressed? Did she try to help him, comfort him, help him to heal his broken heart? Did she tell him then she still loved him and she would do anything to help him? No. She started to date Danny because he was cute and not interested in her. Correct me if I'm wrong but a person who loves someone tries to help him/her in situation like that, wants patiently until his wounds get healed and then they talk about being together again. Actually, Emily was right that Ross shouldn't see Rachel again. It would be the best thing that could happen to him. Not to see her again, clear his head, get over and forget her. Being free from his adolescence crush and move on.
And slept with other girl 3 hour after their break up but the worst is it's not even a break up but it's on a break.
Legit such a shitty thing, she flirts with him when he is dating Bonnie, then when she joins them Rachel pushes her to shave her head again and gets Ross to choose her. Ross does this and Rachel makes him read a 36-sided letter taking responsibility for the break up. Fucking disgraceful.
The biggest mistake of the show was Ross and Rachel being the main end-game "couple" in the show - their relationship was very toxic - I actually *KNOW* a few people like that, and their divorces have *ALWAYS* been acrimonious. The "perfect example" of a healthy relationship bar-none that actually worked ended up being Chandler and Monica.

@@elisaarevalo6810 tbh imo, Joey was never abusive towards Rachel as far as I could tell during the entire series run - and vice versa. Joey cared more for her feelings than Ross ever did in the short time Joey fell for her. As much as a lothario Joey was portrayed to be in the show, he never came across as a complete total jerkwad to the people he cared about - especially Rachel. He was also man enough to step aside for Ross despite the fact Ross exhibits an unhealthy OCD attraction for Rachel with an "ideal vision" of her in his head as evidenced with their off/on relationship throughout the series. Ross only stops short of being Ted Bundy when it comes to Rachel.
Imo if they were going to have ross and rachel get together in the end he should have gone to paris with her she should have to have given up her dream to be with him. I think she should have got of the plain then ross says lets go to paris together

Great video. I would add two more for Ross: 1.Saying Rachel in his wedding with Emily. To expand it was a mistake to have a relationship at all, with a women who tells you who to be friends with. But she didn't deserve it anyway. 2.I forgot the name of the bald girl he was with, but she was great and he went on and betrayed. And then he breaks up with her in the middle of the night with a storm outside. Now that is cold double meaning.

@@eranshachar9954 Okay, to be fair, Rachel deliberately goaded Ross’ GF into shaving her hair off which, yes, some ppl may not have issues w but remember that this was taking place in the 1990s and it simply wasn’t as accepting a period of time that it is today. For ex., it was still a big deal to be gay in the military: “DADT” didn’t work out the way Clinton wanted. Ppl were still extremely prejudiced against the LGBTQ+ community (not like it was in the ‘70s but the strides made in todays society had not yet occurred; and other than Good Times, Sandford and Sons & The Cosby Show (which does not hold up well in retrospect) there weren’t shows on tv for black ppl of color, let alone Asian or anything else. Things were slowly moving in the right direction but Anita Hill lost her hearing; Republicans hated Hillary basically bc she was a formidable, competent, truly bright First Lady (who they saw going places following Bill’s Presidency, even without his charisma); and the internet did not yet have law books online - Lexus and Nexus merely helped show you where to go searching in the libraries. It’s a farce compared w what attorneys can do today. These are all somewhat disparate facts but I’m just trying to show you how different things were when the tv was running as opposed to how things stand today. While Ross was actually the only character of the six to truly branch out and date all sorts of different women, other than one time, the rest of the group appeared to live in a bizarre white bubble that is I promise you was NOT how Manhattan appeared at that point in time. Yes, there were some children of the Woodstock generation who were much more open and free with their lives, their attitudes & their bodies; but they were the anomalies against whom ppl such as Ross, Monica, & Rachel simply saw as strange and/or bizarre. It’s actually fascinating that Phoebe ever became friends with this group in the first place!! (Sorry so long. Got into the discussion that nobody but me was talking about…) 🤭😳😂🥰
@@prosen8966 No it's okay I actually liked it. And I agree with you. And while I am not American I still understood what you are talking about. I grew up in the 90's, and I always took interest in many other nations not just my own (Israeli). Their culture, costumes and TV shows/movies. Friends was by far one of the best shows ever, and to this day I watch episodes on Netflix because it was and is that good. Other shows I loved: Family Matters, Full House, The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, The Cosby Show, Love And Marriage. My god there were so many excellent TV shows. The 80's in which I was born, and the 90's in which I grew up were the best decades ever in my opinion. Today kids are stuck to screens and garbage level shows.

Ross did that all on his own by not being honest to Mona or Emily. Not telling Mona that Rachel was pregnant and living with him. With Emily. Well he said Rachel’s name at the altar. 😂🤦🏾♀️ That would mean Emily assumed Ross was in love with his friend. He even invited her to his honeymoon because Emily bailed at the reception. Of course he tried to make it work. But then Emily got controlling. To be fair I understand her point of view. Honestly, she could’ve just walked out after he said the wrong name. Rachel only sabotaged two of his relationships. Bonnie and Julie.

Over all, Friends was one of the best shows ever. Great story line and great ending. The best one was the Thanksgiving one with Rachel's dessert. 😂😂👍👍👏👏

Rachel getting Monica locked out of their apartment while Thanksgiving dinner was burning.. Ross wearing leather pants and the ensuing hilarity in his date's bathroom.. Rachel buys a hairless cat for $1000.. Ross tries to kiss his cousing (Denise Richards).. Ross getting Rachel pregnant (kind of a huge one).. Joey pretends to be uncircumsised for a film role..

Janice was the best character on the show.
Here’s where I stand on the whole “we were on a break” part. Ross was insanely jealous of Rachel’s friendship with Mark and her demanding job. Both of them should have communicated with each other about how they felt. With Rachel suggesting they take a break, she should have explained what that meant and Ross shouldn’t have assumed she was sleeping with Mark when he heard his voice. TL:DR The two of them should have communicated better and took some time for themselves during the break, not go out with other people (Ross). Like yes, hang out with Chandler and Joey but not at a bar or something.
Nah man a break means they're taking a break from their relationship, she has no reason to feel as though he cheated on her when she herself initiated it. Mans just wanted some frozen yogurt or whatever :((

So, in other words - "We will not be in a relationship for some time, but you are also not allowed to be with anyone else". Sorry, but she has no right to ask for that. It's like your boss telling you what you are allowed to do on your vacation.
To be fair, Ross stated many times that he was uncomfortable about Mark but Rachel continued to be friends with him. Yes they were coworkers so they had to see each other but they definitely had a relationship that was more than regular coworkers. Rachel should’ve kept it as strictly for work if Ross kept telling her about Mark.

Or when Phoebe hit on a married client? Or when she tried to juggle two guys and they both dumped her? Or when she threw out those lottery tickets? Or when Ross dated a student or married Emily? Or when Ross tried to pivot? Or when Rachel tried interviewing for a new job in front of her current boss? Or when she got drunk and married Ross?

Because he fell in love with not just an ex of ross. But ross was one of his best friends, and joey starting to have feelings with rachel, the love of his life, women that was carrying his baby and ot would make everything so awkward. Ross didn't have any right to be jealous of a guy wantung to be with rachel after 6 years but he had every right to feel bad and angry because it was joey.
Here are a few more: 1.For Rachel I would add that she made Bonnie shave her head. 2. She also told Ross that she was in love with him WHILE he was already married. 3. Here is a combination for Rachel and Joey: That relationship was an abomination and made things complicated. They should have never dated; it was way too inappropriate and awkward. Rachel and Ross had WAY too much history. Rachel and Joey had been friends for a very long time, as well as Joey and Ross. Joey fooling around with Rachel breaks the bro code: you don't mess around with your friend's ex.
I wouldn't say the first one was a mistake for Rachel, it seemed to have the desired effect for her. It lends plenty of credence to her being a terrible person but I don't think she regretted it.

I think it is quite natural that Rachel and Joey would fancy each other, but probably it should've happened in Season 1 when they first met, not in Season 10.

Am i the only one who think that Rachel made bad mistakes as Ross? Like telling him twice that she loves him while she know that he was happy in his relationships ... No, rachel really didn't made mistakes bcoz whatever she did in all this wasn't just a mistake but she did everything intentionally as she always did wrong with Ross and his gf's,she was purely selfish girl.
One thing I keep thinking is a little weird is how Ross got all of the heat for their divorce. Now he deserves the heat for trying stop the divorce without telling her but they both got plastered and married in Vegas but Ross still ends up the butt of everyone's jokes about his crappy love life. Meanwhile they all kind of gloss over that Rachel herself has a relationship history pretty much as bad (leaving a guy at the altar, dating her assistant, dating Ross' GF's dad, that weird thing with Joey, making out with Joey while he's still in a relationship, that guy with the special bond with his sister, Russ, seems like the list just goes on honestly)
The biggest mistake was done by Ross ,when he slept with that girl ,only a few hours ,after having a misunderstanding with Rachel . Even if he was on a break ,he shouldn't t gave slept with other women so soon .
Typical response. What about Ross calling Rachel to make up but Mark was in the apartment? Never really mentioned in the show but that was the reason Ross slept with that girl. What about Rachel lying that Mark was there....or at least tried to cover it it up? Rachel breaks up with Ross and within an hour the guy that Ross suspected is in the her apartment. Mark being there and Rachel lying about it was never mentioned again because there was no way Ross loses that confrontation. They had to break up for the show, but in real life that is a slam dunk. It was forgotten about it the point that Ross just accepts her coming by at 8:30 and it never is an issue. Thats why its a TV show.

phoebe made so many more mistakes and the Mike one wasn't her fault. she actually stood up for what she wanted and didn't sacrifice her wanting to be married. what should be included should be outing monica about the Bachelorette party, and outing the Richard thing, and how monica initially wanted to sleep w joey, ( she does not know girl code cus wtf ) and making up that mom stuff when it was actually a little girl's cat and justifying it by "the cat chose to find me, and I have to respect her decision" I did like the fact that she let the cat go, thankgod. Ironically my favorite character is phoebe, I love her but sommmmmetimesss she'eesssss 💀

In any event, take my word for it - it would not have been funny.

Yes, he knew she is responsible, but he did not know why the accident happen. when he discovered that her intention was to prank him, he felt bad to lose his toe because of such childish thing. (I think so, it has been a long time since I watched the show but that what I remember).

Monica was the worst character. THE most hypocritical in the show, always chastised Chandler for little lies that meant nothing, but constantly lied about big things. Gotta love Phoebe for always calling her out
Monica biggest mistake was to lie about the adoptee thing when Chandler had to please the young mother. And the bad list isnt Ross mistake but Chandlers. Kissing Chandlers mom isnt his mistake eather. It was Moms mistake. Phoebes Mistake was to argue with Rachel to get her a tatoo but not had the guts to get herself one eather. And last but not least Rachel. You Fanboy: breaking up with Ross, dont pull a clear line between her and Marc, chose Job over one year honeymoon with Ross, wrote that damn 18 pages-letter, saying yes to Joeys proposal.

Let's face it, all of Joey's worst mistakes in this video were mostly not his fault/naivety. He didn't do any of it knowingly.
Great compilation! When I saw that there was a Phoebe segment I thought-- she doesn't make mistakes! She takes risks and see if it works. ;p But that was a good point about her moving in too soon with Mike (technically she also moved in too soon with the cop, Gary). I would argue her mistake was mentioning that she treated Jason the teacher to a candlelight picnic in the park in front of the burly fireman boyfriend.😝 For Monica-- I'd say her forgetting Ross was allergic to kiwi and making kiwi-lime pie. Chandler falling asleep in the meeting and agreeing to go to Oklahoma, also never correcting that his name isn't Toby. I was going to say him getting tricked by Susie, but well... that was understandable. 😏
It always bugged me that Joey got all "moral high ground" about an incapacitated Chandler with one of Joey's sisters, when Joey was famous for "wham, bam, 'thank you, ma'am'" behavior.
It was different because it was his sister. It was a woman he cared about.

There were many clips you added where there was not fault of the characters. Like the apartment bet and the quiz that follows. It's a normal thing to bet among friends. It doesn't count under mistake. Or Joey's Date mistakenly bring Janice to the double date. It's not a mistake. It'a an accident. Chandler and Janice enjoyed that evening. Monica was one of the most despicable characters on TV....not just Friends but on TV period. Now they spun her disgusting personality into comedy...which worked well, but if that person was in your life you would get rid of "it" asap. Lying to the mom about adoption was turned into comedy - again done well, but think about that action. If I was Chandler I would have had serious second thoughts about this woman raising children. Hiding the lottery tickets from her friends. Getting pissed at Rachel because Van Damme wanted to go out with Rachel...........ummm lets see Rachel or Monica.....duh. Ross and Rachel kissing ruined her night? Why? She couldnt say "we" or "us" when talking about her engagement to Chandler. There are probably about 50 more things that could be added.
