Quick juicy cake - Today I am baking a very tasty simple cake for the weekend. I make this cake when I really don't have time. Put all the ingredients in the bowl, stir for about 1 minute and the cake can be put in the oven. The berries make the cake fruity and served with a dollop of cream, the cake tastes especially heavenly! Have fun baking!

Ingredients for the quick weekend cake:
150 g yogurt
150 grams of sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 ml of sunflower oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
200 g of flour
8 g baking powder
300 g mixed berries
powdered sugar

  • Instead of fruit I turned it into a marble cake. Poured half of the batter in pan then mixed cocoa powder with remaining batter and poured a circle on top of batter in pan. Awesome

  • I made this and it was so easy and very nice. My tin was a little smaller so had to bake it for an extra 10mins covered with foil to prevent burning. Just as lovely two days later, warmed with a little cream. Thank you for the recipe.

  • Vielen Dank für das tolle Rezept :-) Die Zubereitung ist unkompliziert und die Zutaten habe ich fast immer im Haus. Ein Genuss: locker, fruchtig, saftig. Schlagahne obendrauf ist gar nicht nötig. Das Vanillearoma habe ich durch Zitronenabrieb ersetzt. Dieser schnell zubereitete Kuchen ist eine tolle Alternative zu Fertigprodukten.

    • В них кладут хорошие продукты ! Этим выражена любовь! Масло сливочное или хороший маргарин, яйца свежие ну и т.д. Мои родственники очень любили печь на растительном масле - понятно дёшево но не вкусно! На растительном масле вкусно только тесто для вертуты с начинкой жаренаой в сковородке. Ну и творожно - молочно -растительное масло тесто для духовки или жарить как пончики в масле . А про любовь можно говорить - никто не против - но её показывает вкус изделия!

    • Do the berries stay on the top? And what is neutral oil? What sort of yogurt and which type of flour??

    • @@carolinedeed3774 I suppose it is Greek yoghurt (a little bit thicker than the normal one) and the kind of cooking oil you like. I suppose sunflower seed oil will be ok, I take the olive oil for cooking because it has no flavor.

    • Если будете печь , то прежде чем класть яйца, разбейте каждое отдельно в чашку, а потом кладите в миску с тестом. Если попадётся испорченное яйцо, то тогда придётся выбрасывать все продукты. Мне показалось , что первое яйцо в этом видео не было свежим, поскольку желток сразу растёкся и было сероватое пятно.

    • яйца надо разбивать по одному и смотреть а потом уже выливать в тесто, в этом рецепте автор вбила три яйца и они наполовину уже испорчены это видно

I was cracking eggs for a cake today, and fortunately I was cracking them into a separate bowl, because the second one I opened had a lot of watery blood in it. I was grossed out🤢and threw it down the disposal. If I wasn't using that second bowl, I would have had to throw my cake away and start over. 👍🏻
