My point is, it really doesn’t matter how long a president serving his or her folks if they vote them over and over that is not your or my opinion but those who lives in that country. I know what your problem is with some and especially with the Russian president just because he is waging a war against the beloved Ukraine. But don’t have to go far back when the same Ukrainian army killed folks in Donetsk and in other Russian speaking people in Ukraine. Didn’t have a problem with that But have problem about how they call a long serving individuals as president of a country? No matter how you call it, it’s not yours or mine decision if it a republic or junta they call it, it’s all BS propaganda. That’s all!

if you choose to call it dictatorship it doesn't necessarily mean it is bad! Some dictators are far better than the best Democrats the world has seen. After many people called dictators the nations suffer under the exalted democracies!
