It is fine actually, IUs for all fat soluble vits D3, E and A are calculated differently than each other and vit A's dosage is generally higher. Even for an accute toxicity from overdose of vit A one will have to consume about 25,000 IUs daily continuously for certain period. While 800-900 IU is the minimum RDA. It is weird that the RDA's for fat soluble vits globally has very low standards than required.

Standard dose for vit D3 60k is weekly for 8 to 12 weeks. ( Loading phase ) It's a fat soluble vitamin and accumulates in the body over time. Maintenance dose is 60k IU once a week after that. Excess D3 can increase chances of renal calculi. Specially if you're dehydrated so it should be kept in mind. As for multivitamins, most multivitamins aren't good, because the dose required for some of them is too big to pack into a single tab / capsules. You can however get micronutrient suppliments which is what most people lack ( farmers don't enrich soil with these )

@@shankar7435 Vitamin K deficiencies are very rare even globally due to the fact that it is found easily in both veg and non-veg food sources and human body can make vitamin k2 from k1 using gut bacterias. There are some debates on this topic regarding conversion rates being slow for k1>k2 but then again the fact that vit K deficiencies are rare cases is quite evident to say that conversion rate is optimal. That is why you usually won't find commonly available multivits including k2 separately in their compositions. So, take K2 only if you are deficient in it. Generally when doc prescribes d3 supplementations they usually add along calcium supplements too with it but you'll notice they rarely prescribe K2 with it. Even calcium is optional with d3 depending on the diet. When my doc suggested me d3 supplements he added calcium supplements too but when I told him my diet includes 100gms of paneer daily, 250ml milk and around 50gms curd, he immediately removed calcium from the prescription 😂

I just looked up Optimum Nutrition creatine on Amazon India. It will cost 1000 rupee for 250g. So, that should last you almost 2 months. that means you spend little over 500 rupees per month. I think it should be cheaper. But 500 is not too bad, is it? I'm not from India. Talk to people around you. They might know about better deals.

Standard dose for vit D3 60k is weekly for 8 to 12 weeks. ( Loading phase ) It's a fat soluble vitamin and accumulates in the body over time. Maintenance dose is 60k IU once a week after that. Excess D3 can increase chances of renal calculi. Specially if you're dehydrated so it should be kept in mind. As for multivitamins, most multivitamins aren't good, because the dose required for some of them is too big to pack into a single tab / capsules. You can however get micronutrient suppliments which is what most people lack ( farmers don't enrich soil with these )

@@shankar7435 Vitamin K deficiencies are very rare even globally due to the fact that it is found easily in both veg and non-veg food sources and human body can make vitamin k2 from k1 using gut bacterias. There are some debates on this topic regarding conversion rates being slow for k1>k2 but then again the fact that vit K deficiencies are rare cases is quite evident to say that conversion rate is optimal. That is why you usually won't find commonly available multivits including k2 separately in their compositions. So, take K2 only if you are deficient in it. Generally when doc prescribes d3 supplementations they usually add along calcium supplements too with it but you'll notice they rarely prescribe K2 with it. Even calcium is optional with d3 depending on the diet. When my doc suggested me d3 supplements he added calcium supplements too but when I told him my diet includes 100gms of paneer daily, 250ml milk and around 50gms curd, he immediately removed calcium from the prescription 😂

@@ZingoKumar My Hindi is not completely crisp. I think you are asking which creatine brand is good, but not very expensive. I think creatine is certainly cheaper than most other stuff. I just looked up Optimum Nutrition creatine on Amazon India. It will cost 1000 rupee for 250g. So, that should last you almost 2 months. that means you spend little over 500 rupees per month. I think it should be cheaper. But 500 is not too bad, is it? I'm not from India. Talk to people around you. They might know about better deals.
