I have been dreaming of the moment where I could craft the Eiffel Tower out of chocolate. What better opportunity do it then The Olympics 2024 in Paris!
it took 5 days of hard work and 70lbs of dark chocolate to craft this 8ft tall sculpture!
I love the way it turned out!

Amazing work as always. But I do miss the older videos where we got to actually see you doing the sculpting instead of the magic camera work.
Yo be fair to the man I don't believe their was alot of work he could do in this one as it involves the Lazer ......(Don't think it's a Lazer but I dunno what else to call it ) Lazer work in this one so it would have been alot of running back and forth to the laser over and over again here I mean he did do some minor touches but their not alot he could do as well the Lazer is just better for it . But I do see were you coming from and you are making a good point but I don't mind him doing magic camera work if it involves alot of the same step being done over and over again And to be fair once more he is showing how it's done once . He doesn't need to repeat a step if he's already done it once so I don't mind the magic cuts their

It's water cut but I'm agree with OP. All the little details just pop out, we don't see him glue them.

D'autant plus que la Tour Eiffel est probablement un des monuments le plus connu et apprécié au monde. Tant de touristes rêvent d'être à ses pieds. Ce qui fut mon cas lorsque mon filleul pour son 11ème anniversaire a voulu s'y rendre et c'est devenu un souvenir impérissable pour nous deux. On Peut donc voir cette œuvre en chocolat de différentes manières, à l'infinie en fait. Nier ou dénigrer ou critiquer et ne plus voir la beauté qui inclut aussi la perfection est dommage. Le temps qu'il a dû prendre pour réaliser cette œuvre en amont rien que dans la préparation architecturale de la tour dans ses moindres détails a dû être phénoménal et me laisse totalement pantoise.

Most of us just stayed home out of fear of having to deal with chaos and catastrophe (especially with our moron mayor Boris Johnson in charge of the whole thing), so the city was surprisingly the most organised that it had ever been! 😂 It probably doesn’t feel like it now, but you will survive. And at least you don’t have the shame of having the London Olympics logo!

Ils ont viré des étudiants et des SDF, ils disent que l'eau de la Seine sera pure, mais on est bientôt à la dead line, et l'eau de la Seine est toujours toxique (évidemment, ils n'ont pas de plan de secours hein) ils font des choix douteux quand à la cérémonie d'ouverture (je respecte ce que fait Aya Nakamura, mais c'est clairement pas le choix le plus pertinent) et j'ai oublié énormément de choses. Au vu de l'organisation et de ce qu'il se passe pour nos jo, on va passer pour des clowns à côté du Japon oh du Royaume Uni. Rien ne donne envie et même si le budget dans tout ça était exorbitant, on a réussi à tout foirer d'avance.

Well most of this video was the laser cutter he showed in the beginning. Be boring if he just recorded the cutter doing all the work. I think most of the human element to this piece was displayed.
