  • I'm from italy, i found a siberian in the street. He was almost dying, covered in oil (maybe he was in some motor van) and with blocked kidney near to collapse. I got him surgery, many showers and love to remove oil and now he's my best buddy. It's a lovable breed, smart, sweet and funny. He behaves like a dog.

    • My Siberian isn’t even 1, but she acts like a dog too. It’s really funny because my dad was annoyed when we got her because he “wanted a dog not a cat” and now he has the most dog like cat ever. And of course he’s the cats favorite human 😂

  • My family’s Siberian was adopted from a shelter in October before the pandemic. He was a tiny, not super fluffy but still fluffy tabby kitten. One Canadian winter and POOF! A big, fluffy boy! We only knew he was a tabby, then thought he was a Mainecoon mix, but now confidently believe he’s at least 80% Siberian. He’s only talkative when he wants to be (aka when he REALLY wants outside) and while he is smart… he’s also about as sharp as a melted marshmallow most of the time. He also is only cuddly when he’s sleepy or wants something. The rest of the time he’s got the zoomies and is driving us crazy. But he’s the perfect, sweet little boy and we all love him!

  • I'm very allergic to cats (can't even touch them) and yes, I don't have reactions to my Siberian cat, thought it took a month to adapt and it depends for each person. Some may never adapt at all. Other than that, he dislikes water but isn't afraid to dip a paw.

  • My Sibirian girl found us. One Day in Summer she visit our Backyard and stayed. We played, I groomed her and give her something against Thick’s and flees. She wasn’t in good condition. I take Fotos of her and hang them out in the next supermarket, nobody ask for her. Finally I start to feed her and at the end of summer 5 years ago, she moves in our home and hearts. We go to the vet, get a chip for her, check if she is sterilized (she was), do all vaccinations and bring her home. Every day, when I come from work she waits at the garage to say Hello. We installed a chip-working door for her and let her life her live like she wants. She show us every day that we are part of her Gang and her love for us.

    • Where did you get that anti-Russian fake? Typical western anti-russian stamps and propaganda. . People from European Russia moved volunterely from European part to Siberia in huge numbers. Because European part was overpopulated and peasants suffered from lack of land. Many people moved because Siberia had huge numbers of fur animals and good fur costs a lot on international market. Then gold, silver, diamonds were found there that also caused waves of people moving there. BEsides, Russian Empire had to control those territories and many military and navy personnel were transfered to all kinds of places. Yes,. a few were sentenced for some crimes and also were transfered there. maybe a couple thousands of them if you mean 19 century. But many millions moved there volunterely and built huge cities, big industry, agriculture, etc.

    • Lol, you are sick. Russian people migrated there volunterely. 90% of them. And never for life sentense. Another part was state and military servicemen, navy and trading personnel. And also peasants and workers. Lot's of Ural and Volga river cossacks moved there, further to the East. Your propaganda really screwed your mind.
