Oliveira should also consider moving up to 170 and show his skills. He is better than Colby, Burns, Masvidal, Magny, Thompson, Brady and so many others... Wouldn't mind him getting a rematch against Islam because of the great matchup even though the first one was one sided and he needs a win or two to get back...

Both are 3 degree jiu jitsu black belts but Burns only with 7 submission wins at 155 wins and only 1 at 170 while Oliveira overall has 21 submission wins...
I'm that dude that hates but I can't help but love Charles Oliveira. Full respect to the champ Islam Makhachev, but I sincerely hope that Da Bronx comes back and get the belt back. I just love Oliveira's story and personality. He seems so genuine, I hope that doesn't change.

He was offered an immediate rematch he refused, now he has to fight Dariush and the winner gets a title shot. I think that's fair because if we can't just sit around and wait until oliveria is ready for a title fight after Volk has had his shot, then we are just being unfair on Dariush by making him wait longer

He started getting to cocky and thought he was unbeatable i like charles but he needed that loss and his confidence will never be the same
if he would’ve played more safe, used his grappling effectively. he actually had a chance to win, but he fought with emotion.
