I am Japanese in my 30s, and I want to share my daily journey with mindfulness and purpose. During my university days, I worked tirelessly to fulfill my dream of working in the metropolis of Tokyo.
In my 20s, work took precedence, and I found it difficult to spare much attention for myself and those around me. As I approached my 30th birthday, I had a sudden realization.
"I worry that if I continue like this, my life might end without truly embracing its joys."
With the theme of "Finding happiness through small daily improvements," my husband and I decided to move to England and start our life abroad.
