Hi, I'm Christopher, and my mission is to support authors and illustrators facing censorship issues, which has put librarians right in the middle of this battle. With the recent surge in book bans across the nation, my mission has become even more urgent.
In response, I created this channel and the name’s inspiration stems from a beloved book COOLIES, where I found a deep connection with the characters, seeing aspects of myself reflected within their stories. Unfortunately, COOLIES is banned in some school districts along with other popular titles.
This platform is a welcoming space for ALL voices to share constructive dialogues. Our common goal is to uncover solutions that safeguard the spirit of free expression and foster a climate where creativity thrives.
