Lipovans are runaway Old Believers who literally rebuilt the ancient city of Vilkovo.
It is here, in Vilkovo, in the south of Bessarabia, there are many culinary traditions of Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Greeks, Albanians, Moldavians.
A lot off many RECIPES were formed and preserved here, which are several hundred years old.
