I have 980+ hours under my wings and lots of travels ahead of me. I started flying Cessna 172's in which I accumulated 180 hours. In 2019 after speaking to a few aviation consultants, I decided to transition to a 2018 Piper M600!
Yes!, it is possible to transition from a Piston to a Turbine with low time like I had. I flew around the United States for 100 Hours with a mentor pilot.
Since then, I've flown over 500 hours in the PA46T (Piper M600) and upgraded to a 2017 TBM 910 in June of 2021.
I have flown the TBM 910 for over 200 Hours now!
