The front knob with the blue height adjust is for tilt tension not a different zone of back adjustment. The back knob on the right side is the only for adjusting the posture fit. On the back left hand side there is the tilt limiter arm that will allow you to tilt back more or less.

But right now, i use a normal DxRacer Gaming Chair from 2013 with a piece of lamb skin that i can lean up and sit on, which makes this gaming chair so much more comfortable. Without Lamb skin, i can sit in it for a couple of hours, with the lamb skin i can sit in it for at least 16 hours. Btw, lamb skin, isn't just the skin, it's the skin with the whool attached, so i sit on the whool, and it's so comfortable.

I was able to assemble it myself with no difficult and I am not an engineer or a put-it-together expert. The chair is super comfortable, I play video games for roughly 3-4 hours at a time and it does not make my back hurt or neck hurt. The Reclining function actually surprised me because it goes very low, you could fall asleep on it ( and in fact i have while laying on it with a foot rest for my legs). The red is a bold choice and I usually stay away but I love how the red and black contrast looks on this type of material. The wheels on this chair are very very quiet, I have wood vinyl in my apartment and there is absolutely no noise. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND or BUY IT AGAIN !

    • I've used it for 11 years now. It's good. Has saved me a butt load of money and time buying cheaper chairs that wear out. Takes time to learn how to use it properly. Highly adjustable/reactive - you're suppose to adjust it to meet your moment to moment needs... it's less about 'set and forget' and more 'tweak to meet your current needs'. Having said that, I kinda wish it had a head rest... except, I used to - but then I learnt that the right back adjustment knob is actually... an upper back tilt/tension adjustment - you're supposed to turn it so that your head and eyes are level - your head is then carried by your upper spine very comfortably, even when you're leaning back as far as it goes. The right front knob is not a lumbar adjustment knob contrary to what Colton is saying - it's a back rest tension adjustment knob - you're supposed to calibrate it so that it holds your body weight - the consequence is once you calibrate it, you can hold a wide range of positions without playing with the tilt lock lever - you simply move forward or backward and it'll 'suspend' you in that position. That way, you get movement AND support in the back of the chair - which is the real standout feature on these high end ergonomic chairs.

It seems like it was set to the position that prevents you from leaning back, hence why Riley kept being pushed forward when he tried to lean back. This is a continuously updated book which contains measurements of man and woman of all body types in order to design best for them. I can almost assure that it was used in the making of this chair. However, that means it was designed for a majority of 'average' sized humans. Certain heights and weights are just bound to require special design and a whole different product. • It bugs me that they aren’t pointing out that this chair has been around for years. It’s the gold standard for office chairs, but Herman Miller just had Logitech slap a big “G” on it to sell it to gamers. (Edit: Please do better LMG and actually give us *facts* about the products you’re showing us, not just talking-head, yOuTuBe rEaCtIoN style videos with surface level context on a product, arguably misinformation about said product if not misleading info, and click-baity titles and thumbnails.) Also, if you have the dough, go for it, if not, don’t worry about it. There are plenty of affordable ergonomic chairs on the market, they just aren’t marketed to gamers.

Just to save folks from overspending - I would highly recommend a lower end Herman Miller or a Steelcase chair for 50% the cost. The embody is generally uncomfortable by design (you must plant your feet squarely on the ground) and it very quickly develops rattles where the back connects to the seat. It’s a good chair, but it absolutely is not worth $1650 dollars.
