Now I'm just imagining a Paladin getting into a Life of Brian style dispute with an initiate after they mispronounce it. Initiate: "Ad Victoria, Paladin!" Paladin: "... What was that, Initiate?" I: "Uh, Ad Victories, sir--it means, "To Victory!"" P: "No it doesn't." I: "W-what?" P: "Victoria is in the singular nominative. You just said "The victory toward." When you conjugate Victoria to a preposition like Ad, it should be in the...?" I: "Um... Dative?" P: *Pulls out laspistol" I: "Ah! Accusative! Accusative!! Ad Victoriam, Paladin!" P: "Good. Make that mistake again, I'll shoot your balls off."

Nice, I just deleted all my Battlemode lists because of the updates. Can’t wait to build a proper BoS force. Used to play them in the beginning but quickly learned that they became obsolete to Survivors.
Survivors are my go-to force (need to update my review on them), and Enclave are all the rage these days - but the BoS still gets some love from me. Still hoping they get an updated faction special rule sooner than later
So the factions are not all equal? What makes survivors better.

@@WarGamesNewsRadio Hi Ryan, doesn’t that +1 strong armor mean they start with a temporary strong amor and if the unit gets hit and the strong armor gets used it’s gone? Thanks.
@@mauroa.4993 You're correct! +1 Strong Armor tokens (like on Survivors or Knights) get removed after the unit is hit - regardless of if they get damaged or not!
imagine if they added the prydwen and vertibirds...fallout asteland warfare becomes a full-on wargame
There is a 3d printable vertibird as a terrain piece, but sadly no in-game rules to use it on the table. But that would be AMAZING

Since when is captain case not a big fan of the player character? To me he came off as being fine with you when I played fallout 4. I feel like people are confusing him with knight Rhys.
Maybe it was just my play-through! I usually go for the sarcastic dialogue options, and he didn't like me asking about getting down with ghouls haha. But you're right about Rhys, he's DEFINITELY not a fan (at first)

Rumour has it that the Prime rules / scenario is still stuck in approval with Bethesda (along with a bunch of other smaller expansion packs). But hopefully we see them early in the new year!
@@WarGamesNewsRadio I hope so. its quite sad the hole thing about this beautifull model. I own one and never regred it, with or with out the rules and because i play fallout only in rp/nerativ tabletop hybridmode, it dosend borther me so much. I can use my own ideas for him in a special scenario. I love fallout for the AI mode. Thats make it for me so damm good. For competetiv play i have my star wars legion/Armada, 40k, age of sigmar, warmachine...etc. This post is a bit long. sry for brabbeling
@@MrAskarani Hopefully prime gets his rules soon, I'd love to pick that modle up one day! I really want to get into legion and crisis protocol next. Never played armada, but I used to play Xwing and loved it!
@@WarGamesNewsRadio Legion is great. I like the size of the game. Not to smal like a lot of skirmischer and not to big that you paint 100 hours. Legion feels like a proper small conflikt over armys and not some gang fight. And the rules are simpel, clean and with unique traits. Like the ini system that is bond to strong command cards. And armada is sadly hard to get (in germany at least) but it matches the the feeling to command a big fleet, where the big boys are the stars.

were do you get the bushes/grass for the bases.? I see it in every photo and most built kits on you tube but the kits I have don't come with anything like that.
Lots of companies sell "tufts" for basing, I usually use Gamers Grass or Army Painter tufts. You can get a packs of 50 for pretty cheap - they're a great way to liven up your models!
I'm just now learning about this game, so please forgive me of my ignorance. If you can make an army with mutants and brotherhood, does that mean you can have an army made up of whatever units you want, or are there some faction restrictions that you have to abide by?
Yes and no, it depends on the faction and the game mode you're playing (narrative vs battle mode). In narrative you can usually build whatever force you want, but battle mode has set rosters for different factions you can choose from!

Google "Wasteland Warfare Eratta" and click on the Modiphius downloads link. I also have a more recent printing of the core set that had the errata on a separate sheet of paper

Haha Good point, and good question! All factions have their strengths - depends on where your loyalties are. Enclave are a fun faction and you can use them as "bad guys" in solo-mode, but I'm a BoS fanboy so they alwasy get my vote. And I'll have a video on NCR up very soon, hopefully that will help you choose :)
@@WarGamesNewsRadio that video should help me choose, on different note I think the NCR/ Legion bundle Modiphius has on their website is a great split for people getting into the game. A friend are looking to start there, with the purchase of a core set as well.
@@giacomovergara3453 It's a great option to get two full forces, and the starter set gives to lots of settler and mutant options to get going. And of course you can use your models as alternate units - I plan on using my Legion forces as extra Raiders too haha

I have been looking at characters and thinking Goddard doesn’t seem that great, so was looking for thoughts on him. I’ve generally just been using his model as a stand in for power armor survivors.
@@Tabletop_Hobbies No worries! here's my Goddardmini-review: he's an interesting unit because he's a bit pricey, but gets a set of T60 for "free." Because of the power armour he's a bruiser with melee weapons and big guns, but pretty weak everywhere else. He's basically a less-expensive Knight (after adding T60) with 1 less hit ponit, and worse ranged weapon and objective skills
