Not boring at all.Just a tip Im no expert but I do roofs for my customers and its easier and faster to Start from the Bottom first,the nwork your way up and it comes off in big chunks,just put shovel under snow and pry up and breaks off in big chunks.I use just a lite little square aluminum shovel.But your still pretty fast,would love to help.Surprised that shovel is that strong,I broke one once but they are good for the back.thanks.

That’s the old fashioned way, no need to break your back anymore. Besides walking on your shingles when they are cold is no good!

Makes no sense. Use a roof rake or those chute shovels and you’d have this done in 15 mins. Plus, there’s no need to shovel your roof unless your building is very old. Ruins shingles also. Plus,your step weighs more than the snow while you step.

The structure of your house has been planned wrong if you have to remove snow from roof. Counting in weight that 30cm of snow equals like 2cm of water :D I am sorry to say that you have risked your life and done unnecessary work there, although looks like you like it.
