You have to legally let people know if they're going to be in a video you're making. You need their express permission to post their image online. Especially if you're going to make money from a video with them in it. His face isn't in the video but she was still doing the right thing by asking him. You just don't see this much because it's a legal formality and it garners more clicks and views if it's put across in a dickish way.

You have to legally let people know if they're going to be in a video you're making. You need their express permission to post their image online. Especially if you're going to make money from a video with them in it. His face isn't in the video but she was still doing the right thing by asking him.
