THIS NEW LURE CATCHES EVERYTHING!

The lure used in this video is the ProLure Clone Prawn.
When I'm chasing flathead on lures I like to use a 1-2000 size Shimano Stradic with 6-10lb braid and 10-12lb leader.

  • A Muddy, impressive!…..Hey John, have you even gone back and tested some old school lures and see how they compare? 25years ago when I chased flatheads and jack on the north end of the Goldy the go to lure for most was the Manns Stretch 5+ and 10+, I wonder how these would go against todays lures?

    @jasonh6048@jasonh60482 жыл бұрын
    • Mate that’s a brilliant comment! I’ve got a couple Brand New Manns stretches in boxes and can’t bring myself to fish em… they’ll still kill it imo. I think it might be time to whip em out when I get back. Lures that good stay good I reckon. Will have to see now. ;) Cheers Jason

  • I like this lure but they are weak. I had three nice hits the other day and all hits destroyed the plastic. I got a nice flathead in the end on the 4th one. I now put them on backwoods tail first they seem to last a bit longer (still not good) plus that's the way a prawn swims. We need this made out of 10x tuff.
