This island probably has one of the most interesting rosters I’ve ever seen for a fan made island. Judging by the sounds, this is going to be a right bop!

@@Stick357 tbh I should’ve worded that better. What I meant by that is that this has a very unique group of monsters on the island. I’ve just gotten used to calling all the monsters on an island the island’s roster.

This is like the opposite of archaic dunes but it’s still absolutelt incredible in its own right! I cant wait to see what’s in store for arcanum!!
THERE'S A LAVA SNAIL CRITTER! Also, this makes me wonder if you could get the ultimate creators to make unique monsters for Lost Landscapes for songs like this (If they're willing of course), since of course the mythicals can't be used in LL, but they're so versatile. I love where this one is going.

Cool! I love how it takes place under the continent, and all is 3D except the monsters. I love the touch of it being basalt pillars, allowing for a volcanic but underwater like theme!

Willing to see what the official composition will sound like. Hope you've used the monsters to their full-potential with such a simple symphony. Hoping it to be remisniscent of Ghostympa's "Doodle Island": 'remarkably simple, yet conveys tone immaculately." Love your songs, hope this'll follow the pattern. Although there are only a few monsters, and there aren't that much varying melodies. In contrast to Calamity Island, which overall follows a general musical theme of: "bunch of melodies stacked together + music theory = absolute masterpiece." Or maybe that's just me. I'm kinda conflicted whether to be content with the song already or want more, Why not both? After the premiere [predictions & overall review]: Nice monster at the end. MUCH needed percussion. I guess it's fanmade. Additionally, I'm guessing the other monsters consisting in wave 2 might follow the same overracrhing theme: "fanmade monsters". Sounds nice so far, yet still a little empty. I hope the wave 2 monsters will fill it up. The song will be a BANGER to listen too if you do that weird thing that gen-z's do called the "ol'slowed + reverb effect apply" and THEN add those type of drums in breakcore genre music AND remake it into a fire phonk beat. And that's the official tutorial of how to convert ANY song into a gen-z song. Notes on the design: Kinda comical how you remanufactured the ENTIRETY of the continent in 3D, yet you just used it for a nice intro zoom-in-style. Not saying it's useless though, it makes the scene feel more finished. But I guess that's what you'd expect coming from the hands of the legendendary caretaker source. Also, nice how you also 3d rendered the underground basalt pillars aswell. I like the glow, it makes it feel..ominously omniscient. +also that little luminescent extremophile gastropod critter looks cute. Wonder if any of the upcoming fanmade monsters will follow that classic MSM community inside-joke trope of "monster which resembles a larger version of the critter on it's island".

Monculus' sound is so cool, and cherubble carries as usual. One thing I really like is how realistic this island looks, and the fact that it's somewhat 3D is awesome too, and really sells it.
So excited to see the future of this island, it's such a crazy premise and the song itself carries the weight of such an idea perfectly

Sounds amazing as I thought
Truly a godly song, you really went all out on Cherubble and I love that, plus Monculus sounds so ominous yet beautiful, Rare Kayna creates a nice vocal beat (also a fitting choice to use them over the common since they have that sort of look which would be comparable to an underwater volcano that has become inactive) and Anglow certainly works wonders in a song like this. Not to mention that all life began in the ocean, so Monculus being here as the first mortal species of monsters is genius and Rare Kayna is considered an ancient breed of Kaynas, so it too fits in perfectly with the two aquatic monster species that speak for themselves for being here. If I were to make a prediction now about what the final update will be, assuming that you plan on continuing this fascinating and diverse location’s song, I imagine that every aquatic monster that would belong in an ocean/deep sea location will be here, with a few exceptions who are included for fitting in the theme of the song itself, such monsters including good old Oaktopus, the Water Quad Shellbeat’s Epic counterpart for its kraken-based design and the info its bio provides about it, Bowhead the Water Quint, Hornacle the Water Celestial (specifically its adult form), Epic Toe Jammer for its sea anemone appearance, Epic Fwog for its more unusual amphibious design that could be viewed as deep sea worthy and perhaps even Epic Jeeode as its shattered appearance could be viewed as the effects of strong pressure at the bottom of the ocean being too strong for it to maintain a stable appearance (even if we know why it looks like that naturally, it plays into that theme well here). Among those few exceptions I mentioned that may appear here would be Quibble, as a piano often seems to fit wonderfully into an underwater song, Rootitoot as an oboe would be heavenly here alongside everything else if it’s executed well, Ziggurab might be fitting too given it is a crustacean and it could play well alongside Rare Kayna, Withur has potential here given it plays its melodic tunes using the spines of an aquatic dinosaur fossil (or a replica of one, based on what its bio states about it, yet it’s still sentient nonetheless), Blow’t seriously looks like a pufferfish when you think about it (one of the reasons why I think Rootitoot and Sooza should have been on each other’s Magical Islands instead of the ones they were in) so I could see it being included and Tring could honestly pop off wonderfully given underwater crystals are a thing, which Tring has a whole back covered in wondrous crystals and a triangle would make a great transition instrument here I’d say. And lastly, knowing you, it’s possible that we will even see fan-made monsters here too. Among the lot within such a possibility I could imagine a cookie cutter shark monster which either plays a Güiro or a washboard, a blobfish monster (based on what they actually look like, not the tragically tortured and mutilated result of pulling them up to the surface, poor guys) which sings in a wonderful operatic voice, a horseshoe crab monster, a Japanese Spider Crab monster that plays some sort of Japanese string instrument, a living version of Withur’s fossil friend’s species that plays a string-percussion instrument and a special monster based on the real life species of giant squids with Cthulhu inspiration to its design that appears in the background of the Monstriana’s Arcanum and would produce a bellowing sound of sorts fitting of its species status as the “Rulers of the Living Ocean”, said monster would only be obtained when special requirements are met. That’s all I have to say for this spectacular song. ^-^ Can’t wait to see and hear what you create next man.
