Let us not forget that this was actual old school film technology. This stunts were real. The drama was real. It was sped up a little bit sometimes and that makes it perfect
absolutely! 👍
Just think today's stuntpeople would cry if they stubbed their toe lol
That was pretty good fire effects back then! No cgi here!
I love the ending scene when you hear the roar and see the creature or demon in the fire. I have never seen this movie before
THE CAR was possessed by the Devil himself.
3:13 Wade: Hit it! Hit the damn thing!
I honestly couldn't hear what he said
Sometimes fear... is the appropriate response. - 1, 9 (2009) I have done nothing wrong and yet you and your kind all wish me dead! - Frankenstein's Monster, Van Helsing (2004)
Imagine if THE CAR had a sequel.. it would take place in Los Angeles. It would pick up where it left off years later. The sequel would be called "RETURN OF THE CAR."
Actually there is a sequel. The Car: Road To Revenge. And it's not very good at all.
That was actually the ending scene to this movie, which isn't show here. It shows the car cruising downtown L.A. Apparently surviving this crash
Wasn't there another scene after this ending? It shows the car, apparently surviving the crash, cruising the streets of L.A.
Yep! At the end.
Survivors: Eat this dirt gear!! (Explodes the demon vehicle until he come back for revenge). Demon like driver: I'll get you all next time... >;/
3:26 Oh, my Holy *GOD!!!* It is the “firery” beast itself, Satan. BTW, that frightening music cue you’ve all heard is, of course, “Dies irae” by Verdi, I believe.
I watched this film a week ago and thought it was really good. James Brolin is the father of Josh Brolin who starred in the movie the Goonies.
Dope movie
so this is where christine was inspired by
And k.i.t.t. from Knight Rider.
No. Christine came long before this (the book, that is). By Stephen King.
@@patrickperry6945No! This movie came out in 1977. Christine was Kings 13th book and was released in April of 1983
They should've defeated it like the two kids defeated Christine, Bulldoze it
Chris Christie 😊is the new terror, in politics that is 😜
70's cheese at its finest 😂
I absolutely LOVE this Movie....I even purchased a DVD copy
You mean 2000s movies are cheese today's actors could not act their way out of a whiskey bottle or know what a real stunt is even with computer generation to save them real stunt men in the seventies got paid higher pay for their craft than today's crappy stars
I'd rather have this than this weak cheesy excuse movies today .CGI sucks and is a joke.
Imagine this as a remake for today's generation.
They did a sequel it was not as good as the first one
No thanks! That’s all people do today. There’s a great classic, have no creativity to make their own so want to remake something years-decades later. Leave the classics alone
🌽 🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🤣
This movie has got to be one of the goofiest ones ever created. It’s almost a laugh riot.
Let me guess, you’re a fan of The Fast & Furious part 32 and the others
It's a stupid movie
Care to explain?
