    • Because they want you to look like a gladiator. To get that shape you MUST dehydrate yourself. That’s why heavy weight is the best weight division because that’s where most of every fighter 154 and up should be. Tank is known to blow up much more then that, Haney was huge for 135, as was Teo. Ryan's own dad said Ryan never rehydrated past 146-147 for any of his fights.. Weight wasn't the issue, skill was.

  • It takes a lot for a young guy that’s a star in the sport to humble himself and talk the way he’s talking about where his head and heart was before. But he got show and prove the shit he selling. Then maybe the public would want to see that fight again. Props to Tank and Ryan for making the fight they did to get other fighters to step up and make the best fights that the fans want to see.
